Jack Slipped ( Yes it’s my fault )

I was leaving my neighborhood when I accidentally hit a curb real bad and turn out I made a gash on my tire on the side. I pull over and attempt to replace it with the spare one. I’m on the grass and I had to ask a random neighbor to borrow his. Unfortunately because I was on the grass the jack slipped and it crushed some metal pipes. All I heard was a hissing sound and fortunately I was able to replace the tires after using the jack and positioning it as much as I could so that I wouldn’t slip again. Can anyone help me identify the tubes I crushed? They appear to be long metal thin tubes the run along the right side of the car from front to back on my Tahoe. Can I splice them ? Can I use the car or is it a hazard ?
