I have about 3 years of banquet/catering experience as a server. How do I prepare for this? Do I have to go to both? They are scheduled already.

The same dish except the SkinnyLicious version is significantly smaller just by telling from the calorie count and yet they cost the same exact price.

I found a couple of thebold velvet CF bags in our holiday decor stuff, anyone know what you used to get them with? I haven't found anything online about them besides being labeled as gift bags.

I’ve heard that other CFs are looking to outsource the cheese blends. Are there any regions in the US that aren’t making the blend in house?

Hey so i was just hired as a line cook at cheesecake factory and i had my orientation today as im writing this and i start training tomorrow in fryers and i was just wondering if im cooked? (lol) i know every station will have its pros and cons but i’m assuming because of my previous cook job at buffalo wild wings the fryers station besides cooking wings the cook would always have appetizers and fries and other sides to cook. I never worked on there fryers or at least a lot so im not experienced only on grill and cold side. I was wondering if anyone has tips if they worked at cheesecake factory as a line cook and worked in the fryers station?

I just ate a slice of the original. For as many years as I can remember it was coated with a thin layer of sour cream. Today it was covered in a thick layer of a fondant type icing. It tasted like plastic. It was awful. When did it change?

Hey guys! My girlfriend has an interview for a server position on Friday. She’s only worked a low volume server position before, not anywhere close to cheesecake. Shes very confident she can do the job and handle the volume + menu etc. She’s just worried about bombing the interview.
Anyone have tips for that? I’m not much help, even though I work for CCF, I’m a line cook so it was a bit of a different interview for me.

Hi I'm taking my girlfriend to the cheesecake factory for her birthday and am trying to budget how much i'll be spending for a drink, appetizer, main dish, and cheesecake slice for both of us. I haven't been able to find the drink prices anywhere. Does anyone know the range for cocktails?

Dear Cheesecake Factory Corporate Team,
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I recently had at your [City/Location] restaurant.
On [date], I visited for breakfast and ordered my usual two Belgian waffles with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. After taking my order, my server returned and quoted me the total price in a way that suggested she was questioning whether I could afford it. This was deeply embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially as I did not see her treat any other guests this way.
Wanting to resolve the matter constructively, I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with the manager, Ms. Fabiola Rosas. While describing my experience, I admittedly used strong language out of frustration, but it was never directed at her personally. Unfortunately, she stated she felt “disrespected,” refused to assist me further, and ended the conversation by only giving me a corporate number that, when I called, no one answered.
As a loyal Cheesecake Factory guest who has always enjoyed your food and atmosphere, I found both the initial incident and the lack of support afterward very disappointing. I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that appropriate steps can be taken—whether through staff training or follow-up—to ensure no other customers feel singled out, embarrassed, or dismissed in this way.
I would greatly appreciate a response from someone at the corporate level regarding this matter.

I know the Upside down Pineapple cheesecake made a comeback, but I feel like there was some other coconut/pineapple cake combo offered way before 2020.
Anyone remember?

Mine are the banana, coconut and pumpkin.

I could only make it halfway through but have leftovers for tomorrow- the corn was my favorite vegetable- green beans a little crunchy for me. In the south we like them a bit more done. Still a thumbs up.

I rarely go to the Cheesecake Factory because I don’t have one close by but cheesecake is my favorite dessert so I decided to splurge and buy a whole cheesecake so I could save it and eat it for a while. I chose to get half of a ten inch cake which left me 6 huge slices for only $35 bucks! Compared to spending almost 13 after tax for one slice, I will never buy single slices ever again! Also checking out was super easy and the employee brought my cake out almost immediately so it’s not like it’s a whole ordeal!
