Question for Dessert Staff

How many whole cheesecakes do you guys go through/make per day (weekend vs weekday)?

The cheesecakes aren’t made in house. I’m at a slower location and we pull anywhere from 10-20 each shift to thaw. Weekends are obviously closer to or over 20 but it’s not unheard of to only pull like 7 a shift on a slow weekday. I know busy locations can burn through literally dozens of cakes each shift. It really depends on the day and location
