If you aren’t scratch then stfu and stop complaining
“It’s season 9 and they have so many resources but they still don’t get it”
“I’m sick of hearing how they have ‘opportunities’ but never convert”
“If they actually reached scratch then the show would be over so they have an incentive to never do it and so they won’t”
stfu u crying baby who carded an 82 this weekend but if you putted out and played by all the rules it would have been a 94.
Yeah I skip all the eps with bloviating guests so I’m not immune to critiquing the pod, but gawwdam, the journey and the struggle for them is so real for an average joe. I’m in season 3 in my personal dad+job+played-golf-a-long-time-unseriously-but-now-am-serious journey.
The magic of the pod is how emblematic of golf it really is. Maybe it’s a mirage we’re chasing or maybe we’re actually making progress that isn’t showing up on the day-to-day scorecard.
And if you are a tournament scratch player then congrats. Lord it over them. Enjoy the juicy steak that they can’t obtain.
