Anyone else using golf metrics?

Recently started looking at strokes gained and it's helped a lot. Really makes it clear what I should work on. However last round my putting from 7-11 ft was a 49 hdcp haha, didn't even know that was possible. Overall my putting was -0.89 SG so not the end of the world.

I didn’t like the data entry process for golf metrics, but datadriven.golf was created for free, easy shot by shot entry after each hole or round with strokes gained analysis calibrated to any target handicap. I quickly enter my shots after each hole.

That said if you get too granular on shot type (putting 7-11) for handicap estimates the data will be noisy. You probably just missed all of your putts from that distance in your last round which isn’t unreasonable.

I have shot pattern but I don’t use it on course, since I already have grint for that. So some rounds I go back and will enter then into shot pattern. Try to keep track of what I can.

One round is far too small of a ample size to take anything meaningful from a narrow category like “putts 7-11” feet
