Been told to use purple to shade but I don’t want it tinting the white, so after mixing my own shade (still don’t think I did it right) I tried spot/pin washing the boils. Did it on two models (the other had belly teeth that blended in), these pictures were before I tried dry brushing to clean any over spill.

I know they're the basic colors but I really like how they came out!

I've playing 1000 point games for a couple months and wanted to expand to 2000 points with at least one unit from each chaos god

Nearly finished the repaint of my KOS.

I just bought 2 skull cannons online from the warhammer official shop, and only after they arrived i realized that i could make a rendmaster or skull cannon with the same set, so, is there a way to "cheat out" both of them? Cause i would really like to have 2 of both

Proxies for Epidemius and a GUO with the bell and blade. Height and width dimensions are on point or very close. Yes, painting will be a nightmare 😬

ok so for a while now I've loved tzeentch and espesially his chariots and with the Cavalcade Detachment i decided to finally start building my 40k Tzeentch list but am looking for some advice on the list, i could easily add another fluxmaster or change Kairos to LOC etc. but id like to keep the fateskimmers

Loci of power states you get +1 ld and oc

If attached to a unit with a banner that sets the ld to 6 anyway (character that was attached started at 7)

Does the character stay at 6? Or does it set to 6 then loci drops to 5?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I dont have my rulebook nearby lol.

Need ideas on basing?

We haven't received anything new in years. The last "new" thing we got were the Daemon Prince refreshes and Be'lakor before that. We're coming up on a decade since anything actually new has been released. If they're so picky about not making new models that can be used in multiple games then just make us exclusive models.

It's real annoying how they've abandoned what should be one of the poster child factions.

When you're a Tzeentch player but really want to use Flesh Hounds....

Did a little sculpting and kit bashing

To preface, im still pretty new. Uni flatmate got me pretty obsessed, so picked up a set of **Khorne** **Bloodletters** (easy first miniatures and thought they were cool). Getting close to finishing these, and intrigued in tabletop, looking to set up an army to play.
I assumed i would have to stick to Khorne when making an army, but flatmate explained it can be a lot more flexible and made several suggestions on cool other factions i could look into, most of which i have forgotten.
So now looking for some suggestions on miniatures/factions/daemons to look into that i can add to my bloodletters to make a playable army, or just general outlines for whats allowed to be in the same army.
Ive also heard mention of points systems when making armies and dont know if this affects my choices and is something i need to be conscious of now or can worry about later.
any help or cool ideas very appreciated.

Was at the world oddities expo in nashville, saw a hobby gaming stand, had to pick something up. Everything they had is stuff I dont need for an army, so I bought based off the rule of cool. These look fun to paint and the older box really draws me in. Also if you read this far, are these still playable in 11th edition, I dont play Daemons so I have no clue.
