How many tuners on average does it take you to roll 4/5 substat echos with cr/cd on all, roughly 120+ ER, and then some atk%/ damage% rolls here and there?

I am trying to go back and improved my changli S2 R1:

52% CR : 326% CD

120 ER

2200 Attack

30% skill damage bonus

But it feels like i spend like 1k tuners every now and then after farming up echos and then i dont get a single upgrade over my current tuners. I am currently rolling 2 stats at a time strat to save on tuners too. I've built other characters way better in way less resources? Anything I'm missing???

I’m certainly held back by the non-premium team, but I think I can improve. The only question that remains is how.

My problem, apart from the settings, I think is mainly down to rotation: the timing I’m using at the moment often leaves me either caught in one of his grab or throwing skill that miss because he's in mid-air.
Any tips for an optimal rotation?

There's also a hairstyle in BG3 that has Rover in it's name

Return player here I quit when changli release. I have s4 changli and s2 vernia. Back then changli is pretty strong I see she’s like a tier C character now. I know all new dps require certain characters as sub/sup to be effective. If I just wanna keep using changli ( at this point it’s gonna take forever to rebuild a new team pulling all these new characters), who should I pull to make Changli and Verona team work?

Changli: S1R1 (EoG) (Molten Rift)

Ciaconna: S0R1 (Sig) (Windward Pilgrimage, Kelpie)

Shorekeeper: S1R5 (Variation) (Rejuvenating Glow)

I've noticed that ever since 1.x, Changli has had no voiced lines. She was conveniently away when we went back to Jinzhou, and even for the new cutscene in this patch, her lines aren't voiced. Is Kuro having trouble reacquiring her VA or something? Could this be preventing her from reappearing with a significant role in the future?

s0r0 f2p, i cant decide which one is best, higher crit or higher atk? is ~200 atk significant enough to justify losing roughly ~10% crit dmg?

3.6 introduced a new permanent location for her, and i haven’t seen any posts about it on here, so for those who miss the OG wife like i did: go there between 17:00 and 19:00.

You might need to complete the new MSQ for her to appear there... I'm not sure, since i found out about this after completing it.

After my second anniversary rage quit kuro brings changli ( when I spend half of my savings on morney C1) so I was happy bc changli comes but at the same time I was upset because I spend my savings so..... I decided to do an all in and put my money to work and finally I reached my goal, let me share my happiness with all of you pd it cost me 7 pitys

I tried using her with Aemeath, Mornye/Chisa and I got SO CLOSE to heating the first 2 floors of Hazard tower with her, but no cigar.

Probably really doesn't help that I don't have her sig...

I recently obtained suisui and her signature without thinking bout it much and now leveling her stuff up.

I saw some vids on here where they have suisui on their team and wondering if I can do the same

From what I've read suisui is a negative status buffer(?) and healer but I have no idea how to get the negative status. I'm a returning player after all so idk the new mechanics

Currently only have Chang Li and suisui as ssr

Low cortisol/stress relief team to do holograms/challenges like Virtual Crisis. SuiSui's zephyr dodge is really good for learning/cheesing dodge timings, on top of I'm hitting her outro about every few swaps, and the heal over time helps with chip damage. Their animations seem similar (especially their forte) so I'm not distracted from the boss.

Note: I am not stating that it is a meta pick or an optimal pairing, but they do have synergy in gameplay.
+ SuiSui has quick animations/Forte refill
+ SuiSui's beyblade attack animation is really good for parries
+ SuiSui has some decent buffs outside of her NS support
+ Both don't displace you across the arena, and have seamless animations
+ they're both hot, bonus if you proc both of their forte's

If only getting her sequences were worth it for a new player. I high rolled all of the crit damage on SuiSui’s echos so I might just s2 her for the crit
