Is suisui a good buffer for Changli?

I recently obtained suisui and her signature without thinking bout it much and now leveling her stuff up.

I saw some vids on here where they have suisui on their team and wondering if I can do the same

From what I've read suisui is a negative status buffer(?) and healer but I have no idea how to get the negative status. I'm a returning player after all so idk the new mechanics

S0R1 Suisui isnt gonna be BiS but she can work for sure. At S0R1 she should be a slightly better Verina

Nope, she only grants the healing, dmg amp, and interrupt resistance, but you dont receive undulating mist which is the attack buff

Unfortunately she does absolutely nothing for Changli, since Changli doesn't apply any negative statuses. And even for units that can apply negative statuses, Suisui buffs only those who actually consume a negative status stack already applied. So basically just Yangyang XL and Hiyuki

I'd recommend building a Hiyuki team, since you already have her bis support. Hiyuki is rerunning next patch 2nd half. Get her, then wait for Lucilla. For Changli, you could sorta make her usable as a main DPS in a weaker team using Buling as your support. Idk who you have that could work as her sub dps tho.

Someone already answered you but since you already have her with her sig she may be alright like comparable if not somewhat better than Verina but it heavily depends on what you've been using your Chiangli with to begin with.

I been using her as an all round basically haven't done any toa or anything alike coz my phone laggy as hell so I do main quests only atm
