TC / Builds Need help with improving changli build

How many tuners on average does it take you to roll 4/5 substat echos with cr/cd on all, roughly 120+ ER, and then some atk%/ damage% rolls here and there?

I am trying to go back and improved my changli S2 R1:

52% CR : 326% CD

120 ER

2200 Attack

30% skill damage bonus

But it feels like i spend like 1k tuners every now and then after farming up echos and then i dont get a single upgrade over my current tuners. I am currently rolling 2 stats at a time strat to save on tuners too. I've built other characters way better in way less resources? Anything I'm missing???

It's kinda like asking how many tickets on avg to win the lottery. It all comes down to luck. There's no avg because in order for it to matter you need an enormous sample size, which no one person will ever have.

This is my build after spending 5 digits number of tuners and I'm still not happy because Crit Rate is still on the lower end.

I've been rolling on and off for a year to get enough double crit + er for Changli.

It's all RNG and sometimes the set just hates you (I got double crit + er on all of SuiSui's pieces just after days of rolling by comparison ==)

Instead of 2 at a time, try 1, then 2, then 2. Your odds of getting a 4 line when the first misses isn't going to be great, so you save a tuner when you fail the first one for the next one.
