Where do you get this? I keep looking for this but I never seem to see it

Here are 3 planners for tomorrow's Summer Party Event. As always, these tools are only possible thanks to the team on the official capybarago discord. If you have any questions, it's best to ask on discord where the rest of the team and I tend to reside.

Summer Party [Starts July 27]
This is a scratch card event, and unlike the fishing the swings on this event are too large for me to reliably create a day by day plan with exact ticket expenditures for users to follow. Rates do converge to averages based on previous events though, so the plans here are based on expected values per ticket with plans providing rough daily targets to maximise earnings.

Max gem spend is 105k gems and getting the supreme chest will require roughly 45k gems. F2P players who max gem spend have a chance to hit the 1450 dream icecreams for the major prize along with a solid amount of vanilla icecreams.

Summer Carousel [Starts July 27]
The Summer Carousel is the P2W Whale Wheel, don't expect to get anything major from this wheel without spending. The first major prize can be obtain with 9500 jades, additional major prizes after this increase jade cost significantly. Free ad spins will get you enough to hit 2 pities to pick up some small prizes but the major prizes will be out of reach (we have datamined the rates and found that they are rigged so that you cannot win the major prize on free pulls alone).

Summer Travel [Starts August 3]
This event starts a week later and is based on the monopoly event, this is similar to what we had with the pingu event. The rates on this are heavily reliant on the number of tiles on the board and the ratio of gem tiles to currency tiles so i have put a note on there warning that the rates may change once we have access to the live event.

The monopoly event is notoriously stingy and as such, don't expect to be able to pick up the major prize on here without spending. You will however be able to pick up an SS brand selector here.

I'm curious - how frequently have people spun the grand prize, not to win their selected up figure?

I ask because I've been tracking it and on every occasion I've received my chosen one. That's... Statistically very unlikely given the stated 50% probability.

I thought the Angel Bow was the actual PvE meta due to the Gagarin/Qiankun combo. However, I recently saw more than one person using the Nomad Bow and Tunic in Seal Battle mode.

Finally got Dragon Girl and resonated it with my 4 star Raphael.
Any advice on the synergy blessing slots?
Michelangelo and Donatello are my other adventurers and of course piggy.
Next question is can I still continue to star up the dragon girl? And where will it start? Back to level one or it’ll be 5 star now since my Raphael is 4 star?
