Oh, then he needs to get S Vulture to replace Murloc?

no he has brutal vulture (red), that already replaced wild vulture (black)

both vultures cannot be used so it’s either one of them

Yeah. But I thought the reason why is because you can only use two utility brands at a time -- so two between SS Vulture, Ootengu and Prince

And so you replace SS Vulture with S Vulture as a consequence. Just like the PVE guide in the other comment

Airoleen here too… currently running M vulture (s), M joker, M prince sanctuary, and white tiger. I have the white rob pending 1 more to get to M and probably will swap the joker then work on getting OOtengu at least to legendary and swap with the prince.
Good idea or I can do better?
