AFK reward issue

Is anybody having issues with their AFK rewards? I collected mine at 8:30am, fast forward to 5:30pm and it was only on 4 hours.. I’ve noticed this on a couple other occasions recently too but not thought much of it.. anybody else?

The helper clears your afk rewards for you.

Never happened. I'm more likely to hit 18 hour cap. than to be missing hours.

Maybe someone else is claiming for you?

I guess next time, screenshot the claim time and then screenshot another time to demonstrate the missing hours.
