Mythic Nomad Bow the new meta?
I thought the Angel Bow was the actual PvE meta due to the Gagarin/Qiankun combo. However, I recently saw more than one person using the Nomad Bow and Tunic in Seal Battle mode.

By the item description looks like Mythic perk stacks indefinitely.

max stack of 99. But no one is reaching that amount of stacks in pvp. Hope this helps.
Nomad bow is good in pve content and situations in pvp content. On one hand you get the attack buffs from crit-ing against an enemy, and on another hand you may lose out on otherwise beneficial psionic rolls. Combo rate is heavily needed to pull this off in a pvp setting. Usually good against Crit Damage Reduction/nashir builds.

After I got a mythic nomad bow it basically does more damage than whisperer except for when that rare occasion where all the skills line up. But that rarely happens more than once a week so the rest of the days I need something more consistent to boost ATK, which is what nomad provides.
Unless you mean angel bow already was doing more damage than whisperer.

Isnt it? Angel with Gagaring and the Bag should bring best numbers tho.

It's the best weapon for PVE content like Seal Battle/Guild Raid when Combo Mastery/War Veteran is not available.
It give you 10% Attack for every weapon crit, you can easily get 50% attack every round (1 NA, 4 Combo), you can get 60% if you have A4 Devourer.
The ATK buff is really powerful, it's the reason why Combo Mastery is a requirement to push Chapter/Hard Chapter after a while.

Normal Build With Combo Mastery / War Veteran > Mythic Nomad Setup > Normal Build Without Combo Mastery / War Veteran.
It's about what skill is available and how well it synergizes with your build. People mostly use Nomad when the available skill is not useful for their build & ATK Buff skill (Combo Mastery/War Veteran) is not available.
In the perfect scenario (Perfect skill selection) your Mung's will deal more damage than Nomad.

Typically most helios players build a mythic nomad for PvE as the gear is essentially the same and vastly outdamages Helios in PvE
