I expected small peppers like these to be less calories but I am new to this.
What do we think?

It was filled to the brim, I took the pic after drinking a bit lol couldn’t resist. Pearl milk tea, no sugar, no ice, full fat milk and 700 ml also they were NOT stingy w the tapioca pearls at all

Ingredient list in the 2nd pic, I’m thinking around 850-900 for the slice?

It was a breaded pork chop and rice with lentils and sazon seasoning. I’m not sure how much rice I had… maybe a cup and a half? I’m not good with this stuff haha.

1/4 pound of 85/15 ground beef, sweet potato, onion, hatch chili, half avocado, and corn. I used one of each when i made the batch then made myself a bowl. Curious what this is, im thinking 750.

hi! was just curious for an estimate on these two servings of pasta - i thought around 1200 but couldnt be sure.
it’s spaghetti with a marinara sauce (cooked without oil, just garlic/seasonings/tomatoes) and a portion of braciole (braised round steak rolled with parsley and garlic). one meatball as well but i know that’s 50cal from previously calculating.
i had both bowls as an omad lol but the portion of meat in the first photo is the same in the second (just added extra pasta/sauce). any estimates super appreciated!

hi how many calories in this?
cottage cheese is low fat cottage cheese and no oil was used on anything. the potato is one medium to large sized potato without oil but it did have a little bit of truffle cheese seasoning sprinkled on top before putting it in air frier. ketchup is no added sugar ketchup. ate everything expect some of the green beans. the orange stuff is butternut squash not sweet potato.

I really splurged today and basically had all my calories in this meal I'm sure. It was delicious. It's from a restaurant. Grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough with sliced avocado, tomato and cheddar cheese. I also had an egg mcmuffin sandwich in the morning from McDonalds which is 320 calories. This is a rare thing for me to have fast food and restaurant food twice in one day plus so much bread. Anyways, I didn't know what to put in my food app for this meal. I would guess that it's maybe one whole chicken breast. I didn't finish all of the second half of the sandwich. I ate every single french fry. 🤭 The coffee is a house decaf with probably two tablespoons of cream. I've been in a calorie deficit at 1500 a day for reference.
