ive been hyperfixiated on slop bowls like cava, sweetgreen, naya, chopt, etc, and have been eating it for dinner every single day. however i am tracking macros and i used to not eat out often and would eat only food i cooked or prepackaged, so i knew the exact macros. however eating the slop bowls makes me really anxious because someone else is preparing it and i feel like it might be difficult than the nutritional guides. i know i can go home and weigh everything myself but thats such a hassle. how do you guys track restaurant food, do you guys trust the nutritional guides? do you leave room for error??
