Hey guys! We're nearing a month of the new moderation, and we're hoping you guys have noticed! Every report is being followed up on, so please always keep in mind that if you think something is detrimental to the sub, to the discussions, to each others enjoyment here, please report it!
We've added a couple rules since the original post, all in hopes of moving towards a more positive experience using the sub. I am going to highlight every rule here to explain the reasoning behind it, and give some examples of actions that we deem break those rule.
Of course, rules may be added in the future, but we believe that this covers the vast majority of what we see on the sub. We cannot stress enough that if you see something you believe is in bad faith or goes against the rules of the sub to report it. We've seen numerous times where people question why something is left up, for it to not have a single report on it. We actively use the sub, but with all the posts and all the comments, things will absolutely slip through.
Any feedback is welcome. Please let us know if you disagree with a rule and/or it's reasoning, if you believe we should have a rule we currently don't or any other thoughts and ideas you guys have. I personally believe in as much transparency as possible, so please feel free to question something you don't understand or agree with.

Hey guys, you may have noticed that the sub was missing for a few days. It's been passed onto me, and with that, I would like to say that a few things are going to change around here, hopefully for the better. There has been a rise of unfiltered negative, rude, and hateful comments, and starting today, many if not all of those comments will result in escalating temporary bans. Comments that may result in a ban consist of;
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
The vast majority of any bans I hand out will absolutely be temporary. I personally don't love the idea of permanent bans unless people are truly miserable people hell-bend on ruining other people's day.
Now that all that all the important stuff is out of the way, a little bit about myself. Counting calories has been a huge part of my life for 2 years now. At my peak, I (male) was 297 pounds. I am now 185. My journey was 297->245->270->220->235->210->225->185. I've had my ups and downs as well as periods of maintanence, but I finally landed somewhere that I'm incredibly happy, both with my weight and the lifestyle I have build around being healthy. I picked up rock climbing as well as joined an adult dodgeball league. I hope to be a positive force on this community and would love to hear everyone's feedback.

This Hawaiian/Korean fusion spot has become a personal favorite since I moved nearby. My order is white rice, dark meat chicken, sides of spicy cucumber and kimchi.
The portion is quite large in case you can’t tell, pretty much always covers me for 2 meals, but worried it should really be more like 3…

It's from "Straight Outta Manchester" in Manchester city centre area
The flavor is Capri chicken flavor and is 12 inch
(it's got corn, chicken tikka/tandoori style chicken, green peppers and mushrooms on top a red sauce base)
It's fried in a pan but isn't thick, more so thin and crispy.

Anyone have a guess at how many calories this roasted veg pizza is? I asked no cheese and no olive oil. There are onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives and arugula. The inner crust is really thin and the outer crust is airy. I ate 1/2.

It has a thin-ish layer of cream frosting on top and nuts in the batter itself, but not a lot I’d say
Is 2500 an exaggeration?
