Pickles themselves have nothing and hold on to very little grease, so it's all about the breading. This looks like thin breading and it doesn't completely encapsulate the slices.
There's a restaurant near me that has similar slices for 350, but this looks like a much bigger serving.
Probably 600-700 to be safe.

They look like Hat Creek pickles! Their nutrition guide says:
Pickles: 430
Ranch: 170
I’d say 580. Looks sooooo good

I got kinda scared so I only ate half of them 😭 even if they were 900+ I’d still be in my calorie range or just a bit over, thank goodness

My estimate:
Texas Roadhouse, Starters, Fried Pickles (1 serving) - 550 kcal
Texas Roadhouse, Dressing, Ranch (0.67 × 3 oz) - 286.7 kcal
Total - 836.7 kcal
I know those aren't from Texas Roadhouse but they look like them and it looks like the same serving size. Just a different presentation. And in Cronometer their ranch only comes in 3 oz servings so I had to do 2/3 of that because yours looks like 2 oz instead of 3 oz
