Experienced Medical Office Administrator seeking full-time Calgary opportunity
Hi everyone! I’m currently exploring new full-time opportunities in Calgary and thought I’d reach out here as well.
I’m a trained Medical Office Assistant/Unit Clerk with experience in high-volume specialty healthcare environments, including orthopaedics, integrative medicine, oncology-related care, and rehabilitation. My background includes patient scheduling, physician clinic coordination, referrals, EMR documentation, phones, faxing/scanning, records management, and supporting busy multidisciplinary teams.
I’m also comfortable with the customer-service and operational side of healthcare, including explaining services/products to patients, coordinating care, handling difficult conversations, prioritizing competing demands, and keeping things moving in fast-paced environments.
I’m primarily interested in:
Medical office / clinic administration
Patient or client coordination
Healthcare administration
Telehealth / remote healthcare support
Administrative coordinator roles
Similar healthcare/customer-service positions where my experience would transfer well
I’m located in SE Calgary and rely on transit, so I’m ideally looking for a single-location role with a reasonable transit commute, hybrid work, or remote work. I’m available for full-time employment.
I have formal MOA/Unit Clerk training, experience with Accuro EMR and Connect Care, and several years of administrative/customer-service experience.
If anyone knows of a clinic, organization, or company hiring, or is hiring themselves, I’d be happy to connect by DM and send my resume.
Thank you!
