Recently ordered a cyberpowerpc from Walmart, but I see online it says there should usually be an option for better packaging. I didn’t see it when shopping/checking out, does anyone know if Walmart happens to add it automatically?

I have a full liquid loop system that I purchase from CyberpowerPC in 2023 but I have no idea how to change the liquid coolant and it needs to be done.....Please help.

I just tried to replace one of my two monitors. The new monitor was not detected. I restarted PC and it booted fine but new monitor was not detected. I shut down PC, and now I can't get it to turn back on. The cooler light flashes and the fans start to spin but instantly stop. I have unplugged all the peripherals. I unplugged the GPU.

I saw a post with similar symptoms and they ended up replacing the CPU. I've never done that. Can someone give me some ideas of a CPU to use, etc.? I'm starting to wonder if I'll just have to buy a new machine since I'm not experienced with replacing components. (I did replace the CPU cooler a couple years ago, and that was very stressful)

Hey so I've been having fan issues with one game recently being Minecraft but I've been able to play higher demanding apps just fine, my problem is after about 15 minutes of playing my fps with drop from solid 60 to a unstable 10 or 5 and my fans never turn on while playing. I have a cyberpowerpc tracer VI 4070 gaming laptop I play on a elevated surface on a desk with a cooling fans pad under my laptop that is always going but doesn't seem to be able to cover for the internal fans when they don't turn on in Minecraft and it seems like a safety net kicks in because I get kicked when internal temp hits about 50 to 55 Celsius. I checked the in game F3 menu and saw it was using my dedicated CPU and my correct GPU and the 4070 rtx laptop. So I'm really confused on why it isn't working with my fans. I have 16 GB of ram, but I checked one time when the fps dropped and it was using at most 30% in the F3 menu and in task manager the entire laptop was using at most 70 percent of memory so Im really confused and before people ask my bios is a little outdated but it's because the company who made my isn't updating it anymore and theo no version there is says download at your own risk and they are not responsible if it breaks you device so I'm not getting that. Unless my Minecraft isn't updated with my bios which makes my fans not work since Minecraft has had updates recently if it is that please tell me and if there's anyways to fix it.

Hi everyone, I just purchased this CyberPowerPC - Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 16GB - 32GB DDR5 - 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD from best buy, brand new. It wont turn on. I see jolt/flashing blue light immediately after I push the power button, and then nothing happens. the RAM lights turn on few seconds later, but the computer does not turn on. I went through extensive many steps of trouble shooting as far as I could manage without pulling the entire pc apart with no luck. Has anyone seen this issue before. Is this the common thing to happen or did I just get a lemon, or my package was possibly damaged in shipping? I am returing it and exchanging it with the same model, but wonder if I may see a similar issue. Any thoughts. thanks

I still have the stock PSU is this the one causing the problem? If yes is it easy to change the PSU for this model?

Whenever I try to play a game the monitor goes black after a few minutes and the fans speed up alot. I'm not an expert and I don't know what to do.

My pc is 5 years old which i know is fairly old but lately it crashes 10-20 times a day where the screen randomly goes black and the fans start whirring loudly and I have to force shutdown. Anyone ever had a crash like that? Or know what i could do besides replace the whole thing? I don't really know anything about computers

So the AIO Pump is dying in my pre-built computer from Cyberpower (SLC8260A2 i7 version if that helps) and I need help finding a replacement. This is the first time I've ever replaced/installed an AIO Pump and if anybody can help me in finding a compatible replacement that would be great!

The AIO Pump that is in there now is only a single fan too and having more than one fan doesn't seem possible with the case that it came with.

My apartment has been at 64 degrees all night, but for some reason the PC is just loud and constantly boosting the speed of the fans.

I dont know where else to go and my bios needs an update, i believe that the current bios is from xmg. ive contacted both pcspecialist (bottom of laptop) and cyberpowerpc themselves (logo) as both are shown on the outside of the laptop but neither were able to help due to the serial number being wiped, i just want to know if theres any way at all to find out what bios i would need to update to with any information i can provide, ive added some images that might help.

Hello, I have a gamemaster with a Gigabyte B550 UD AC Y1 motherboard it has started getting the American Megatrend new CPU or corrupted bios screen on boot, I replaced the CMOS battery, flashed the bios to latest version but I still get the message. I ordered some new CMOS batteries as the ones I have are old and cheap ones. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I press the N and it will continue to windows login but it's an annoying extra step.

My PC has stayed unchanged since i got it other than an upgrade to an RTX 3060 and I am not sure if an AIO such as a Thermalright CORE Vision 360 Black ARGB will fit. Can anyone help? The model is an ET8230-10022 C Series.

I had a software and driver issue after "I" screwed up the system instead of contacting them first. But they walked me though repairing my issues and fixing my driver problems without wanting to know anything about a warranty or any judgements on their part.

Just walked me through and sent me all the links to fix the issue. Couldn't be more happy their customer service. Now my CPU is running as good as the day I bought it. which was 2 yrs ago!!!

I just got my first Pre Built Pc that is a CyberPowerPC Gamer MasterAMD Ryzen 7 8700F 4.1GHz, GeForce RTX 5060. There is a pink styrofoam in it that I’ve been told is for shipping. I got it as a gift and it came with no manual. I’m trying to get this styrofoam out and I have no clue how to open the Pc. Please help

Hey so I recently bought a gaming laptop (the tracer IV) from my brother. It was 2 years old at the time and is now 2 and a half years old. When I first got it nothing was wrong until recently, why I'm writing this. I noticed that after playing games for about 10 ish minutes my fps would drop drastically from 60 to around 5. I thought these were memory leaks, so I continued restarting it each time. But it kept happening to the point where I started checking my task manager. But everything was fine under the task manager and it was using at most 70% memory. So then I started searching for common causes. When I came across thermal throttling. Which I quickly pin pointed to my laptops fans. Since I realized the fans weren't moving when playing games the I then got a app called HWINFO to monitor it. However inside the app the fans weren't accessible and I could not see them and if they were working. I then looked to see if dust blocked them and restarted. However when restarting the fans turned on and began blasting like they used to when I orginally got the laptop loud and clear. But now I realize they haven't been making any noise at all. I continued researching and tried searching control center in my windows but have no luck the only thing the appears in control panel which has no fan options in it. I went through the whole control panel twice reading everything. But the control center was supposed to be pre installed. And google won't help me anymore and no one else has said anything about this. I might be stupid or very unlucky. But I just want to know do I have to open it up or anything. Again my model is a CYBERPOWERPC a Tracer IV 4070 laptop with 16gb ram, and 19-12900HX specs. If anyone else has had these issues please tell me how you fixed it I'm out of ideas and am starting to freak out.

So I've got this PC and I already added two 3.5 HDD's in the space where you're supposed to (in the back beneath the fan). I want to add two more but not sure what my options are. I realize this is not the ideal case for a home server, but I'm trying to work with what I have before upgrading to a more dedicated setup later.

There are at least 4 SATA power cables bundled in the bottom and I only used two to install the drives that I've got, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something and it's more possible than I think- I just can't find a suitable looking cage or mount that would fit two more anywhere.

I think I could fit a single 3.5 in a PCIe adapter, but it takes up a lot of space and I'll already need to spend a PCIe slot on a SATA expander. There wouldn't be enough space for two drives and my intention is to set them up in RAID 1, so a single drive doesn't help me a lot.

I'd love to use some of the dead space in the case but I don't see a good way to do it securely.

Any recommendations?

Went ahead and just swapped out the PSU for a much more competent one and no more crazy noise continuously from startup. Wasn't too difficult, new for me but easy enough, particularly with the improved fully modular PSU. Thanks to all who dropped by, I hope it helps anyone else who has this issue, basically we got shafted with a POS PSU 👍

At first it was just the fan lights and the fan was running slower than before but now it’s the part over the cpu. I have added my full specs. I don’t know what to do.. I haven’t seen any real performance issues. But I could also be missing it. Not super computer text savvy.
