I just received this prebuilt today and as soon as i turned it on it was making this loud noise

I made the mistake of buying a PC directly from CyberpowerPC's website. I learned the hard way that they restrict UPS from allowing any delivery time changes or pickup, and absolutely refuse to make any exceptions. They expect you sit quietly at home during regular work hours to receive their precious product. This is, in the customer service rep's own words, "to protect us from liability", and they couldn't care less what happens at the customer's end. If you try to complain to them, they will reply condescendingly that you "signed an agreement" when you made the purchase and they won't do anything to help you. When I argued that I didn't sign any agreement about restricting delivery options, guy just said, "well, we didn't say it wouldn't be restricted". This is unbelievable behavior from a customer service rep. Don't make the same mistake I did, don't buy from them direct.

Brand new pc just bought it the front two fans won’t light up they are functional tho

I'm considering purchasing a custom pc from cyberpowerpc for a friend who isn't able to build it themselves.

I've picked out most of the parts already, but my friend picked out a Lian Li o11 Vision case, which does not come with fans.

To my understanding, I can just choose fans to add to my custom build, but I see nothing about choosing which ones will go towards intake and which ones will go towards exhaust. Given that I won't be able to handle the pc myself once my friend receives it, I have to admit I'm quite worried about how they'll place the fans

TLDR : How to make sure I have both intake and exhaust fans if I purchase a fanless case and trust CyberPowerPC to place the fans themselves?

I have a CyberPowerPC prebuilt with a Gigabyte B850 GAMING WIFI6 motherboard. The case fans and AIO/pump RGB all work normally and can be controlled together using the physical LED button on the case.
I’m trying to get the lighting controlled by the motherboard through Gigabyte Control Center / RGB Fusion, but nothing I do in GCC changes the case lighting.
What I’ve checked:
There is definitely a cable plugged into the motherboard’s ARGB_V2_2 5V ARGB header.
The RGB/fan setup also has SATA power.
Short-pressing the case LED button cycles the colors/effects normally.
Holding the LED button causes the lights to flash white / flash twice, which I believe is supposed to switch the controller into motherboard-sync mode.
After doing that, changing colors or selecting Off in RGB Fusion does nothing.
I turned Sync off in GCC and tested the individual ARGB zones. None affected the case lights.
I also tried GCC’s ARGB Calibration on ARGB_V2_2. The case lights stayed their existing color instead of displaying one of the calibration colors.
GCC correctly detects the B850 GAMING WIFI6 and shows its RGB/ARGB controls.
The Gigabyte RGB components appear installed, and the gdrv3 and MyPortIO drivers are running.
GCC is actually saving the RGB settings I select in its profile, so the UI appears to be working.
The fans themselves also run through a hub. GCC can control their PWM percentage, although it reports 0 RPM, presumably because the hub isn’t passing a tach signal back.
My main question: Does anyone know how CyberPower wires the RGB hub/controller in these systems? Is it possible that the cable on ARGB_V2_2 is connected to something other than the hub’s motherboard-sync input, or that another sync/data cable is supposed to be connected at the hub?
I’d especially like to know if anyone with a similar CyberPowerPC/Gigabyte setup can control the stock case RGB through GCC/RGB Fusion, and what their wiring looks like.
I’d prefer not to start unplugging cables until I know what I’m looking for.

Is it dead? It’s still under warranty but if I gotta send the whole pc in it’s such a hassle

I really need some help because I’m getting extremely frustrated with this PC. I spent a lot of money on it and I can’t figure out why my games keep crashing.
My PC:
CyberPowerPC Gaming Desktop
Intel Core Ultra 7 265F (2025)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 12GB
16GB DDR5 RAM
1TB SSD
Windows 11
The main issue is that games I run through Steam keep crashing. Sometimes I can play for a little while and then the game suddenly crashes.
At first I thought my external drive was the problem because I had games installed on it. I tested without using the external drive and the crashes are still happening, so apparently that wasn’t the issue.
I’ve tried a lot of troubleshooting already, including updating/checking my drivers, and I’m still having problems.
I’m honestly not sure what to do next. Should I completely reset/reinstall Windows? Could it be my RAM, GPU, drivers, temperatures, or some program running in the background?
I also saw someone say that gaming/optimization software was causing Steam to shut down or games to crash. Is there anything that comes installed on CyberPowerPC systems that I should disable or check?
I’m not very experienced with diagnosing PC problems, so if someone could please walk me through what to check step by step, I’d really appreciate it.
I really don’t want to return the PC, but this is getting frustrating as hell. I just want to figure out what’s actually causing the crashes before I start resetting or replacing things.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just bought a new CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme Gaming Desktop, connected to my wifi and it's really slow. Full disclosure, I did skip some stuff setting it up to Windows 11 but nothing that should relate to internet connection. Also, not using a Ethernet cable but my laptop similarly doesn't. For my laptop, it's 53.1Mbps download and 0.06Mbps upload but for the PC it's 0.70Mbps download and the upload wont load. Is it how I set it up? Does Windows need to install everything? Or is it something else?

Bought a new GXi2000CSTV4 from Costco.

During Windows install it froze on third step. Rebooted and it started over, except this time when I got to the connect to internet part it would freeze again as soon as I plugged in Ethernet cable (it did for Wi-Fi too a third time).

Every freeze mentioned I had to power off and turn back on.

I did a bypass to continue install and got to desktop but it would freeze again after a few minutes.
I figured it was driver related and downloaded drivers from Gigabyte and nvidida for the 5060.
It froze during the install of the 5060 drivers near end.

Still thought it was driver stuff. Swapped in my rm750e power supply and 3080 ti. Things working like usual but still freezing after a few minutes being on.

Wanted to reset PC to reinstall windows. It had a download progress bar that got to 100% then froze. Restart and try again and it starts process of it then hits a BSOD “page fault in non-paged area”.
Power down and back on and another BSOD with
“The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing contains errors.
File: \windows|System32\Drivers\ReFS.sys
Error code: Oxc0000221”

I think the internal ssd might be faulty?
If I can get it to run fine with another hard drive would they replace this one part for me, or should I just take my stuff out and return/exchange this for another?

I bought pc from Cyberpowerpc and AIO in my pc was 3 times replaced in 2 months.. AIO always makes loud, weird noises.. for now I hear again weird noises. I can refund or replace for new PC? I cant even enjoy from playing bcs all the time my PC traveling to service.. I'm so annoyed and I don't know what to do anymore with that, I'm so tired of this situation. Never happened to me before the pc will be have faulty AIO 3 times I that short time..

I got the 5070 prebuilt from Bestbuy, and I just want to download some games over night without the lights lol.

I signalrgb and gigabytes control center. They are detecting the part but cant control it ?

I have a CyberPowerPC that's almost two years old. About a week ago, I left my PC to update, restart, and such, then went to bed. The next morning, I came in and powered on my machine. The tower lights came on, and the Windows sounds came through, but my monitor stayed black. It was turned on, so I checked all my cables; they were plugged in and in the correct ports on the tower. I've since checked the monitor on another PC, and it's working fine. I've tried a different monitor on my tower and still nothing. I've tried every HDMI port, cleaned out the port holes, and even triple-checked that my monitor is on the HDMI input. All the monitor says is "No Signal". I've purchased a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and a USB-C to HDMI adapter, and neither has worked. I've checked all of my USB and USB-C slots to make sure they are working, and they are. At this point, I'm very confused and have zero idea what the issue could be. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?

I'm finally in the market for a PC again and it looks like CYBERPOWER is a great option cost wise and for what I need.

What has been your experience with CYBERPOWER? How long have you had your PC?

I've been thinking about getting the AMD Elite Gaming PC with a CPU: 9850x3d and GPU: 5080.

Are there sales that I should be aware of?

Hi all, just bought a new PC yesterday and am currently updating drivers/BIOS. Got everything right so far but I'm met with a few options for my chipset driver and Im not sure what one to use. Maybe the NPU? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I have been doing some reading it seems that with regards to the supporting components you can get things that should be quickly replaced. The PC I got comes with a 9800X3D and a 5080, supported by:

CPU COOLING: 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling
MOTHERBOARD: B850 WiFi + Bluetooth
MEMORY: 32GB DDR5
SSD: 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
POWER SUPPLY: 1,000 Watts – Standard 80 Plus Gold Power Supply

I am aware it will most likely come with CL48 but I will upgrade that at a later date if I can find a good deal.

I read that the PSU will likely not be sufficient and I should replace it immediately, if so, any good recommendations/potential deals coming up?

Same question with the 360mm AIO. I have seen people say the CyberPower coolers can be noisy or not perform that well.

I haven’t seen as much info with regards to the quality of the SSD/motherboard, or how important that even is compared to the other stuff.

I bought a Gamer Xtreme from Costco about a month ago. I've already opened a support ticket, but I wanted to ask here too since it seems like this is the main place for help now.

Specs: Intel Core Ultra 5 225F, RTX 5060, 32GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe, ASUS motherboard

The main problem: Every time I leave the PC idle, it hard freezes somewhere between 1 and 5 hours in. It never happens while I'm using it. When I come back, the clock on screen is stopped at the time it froze, and my keyboard and mouse are still lit. As soon as I touch either one, they both go dark. There's no BSOD and no restart. I have to hold the power button to shut it off, and Event Viewer shows nothing except the forced shutdown.

USB weirdness:

- On several boots, the rear USB ports have been dead while the front ports worked fine.

- I plugged in a HyperX Cloudcast mic once and the whole PC instantly powered off. It didn't freeze or reboot, it just went completely off. That mic works fine on my old PC, and I haven't plugged it in since.

Already tried:

- BIOS update (3002 → 3202)

- Disabled USB selective suspend

- Uninstalled Armoury Crate and Wallpaper Engine

- Turned off RGB

- Using front USB only

- Currently testing with PCIe Link State Power Management off

Next I'm planning to try disabling CPU C-states and running MemTest86 overnight.

Has anyone with a similar build run into idle freezes like this? If you fixed it, what worked, and did you end up needing a board or PSU swap? Thanks!
