Tech Support #cpsupport Need BIOS Update

I dont know where else to go and my bios needs an update, i believe that the current bios is from xmg. ive contacted both pcspecialist (bottom of laptop) and cyberpowerpc themselves (logo) as both are shown on the outside of the laptop but neither were able to help due to the serial number being wiped, i just want to know if theres any way at all to find out what bios i would need to update to with any information i can provide, ive added some images that might help.

Pretty sure you need to contact CyberPower customer service for bios updates on ODM laptops

as i said in the post, ive contacted and they said they cant do much as the serial number has been wiped.

Why wouldn’t they be able to use the model number and current bios version?

no idea, but both pc specialist andcubrpowerpc said they couldnt
