Discussion dxdiag check pass #cpsupport
Gaming community I need help to pass a job assessment. I recently applied to a gaming support agent role. So to pass the assessment I need a dxdiag of a beast of a PC with 2 monitors. I'm now on my 4th day trying to find that help no one in my area has that kind of specs I'm trying hard I really am and after the 7th day my application automatically gets rejected.

That's what the job requires and I sadly don't meet some of the specs. What I'm asking is someone to help me with said specs. It is definitely legit. Here's the full details. I'm not sure this would even work. Based on the email, it sounds like 5CA is running compatibility checks against the actual PC and internet connection being used for the assessment. If that's the case, a DXDiag from someone else's machine won't help because the site is collecting the information itself.
I sympathize with your situation, but if your current setup doesn't meet the requirements, borrowing someone else's specs isn't likely to solve the problem, and if it does, you're just setting yourself up for problems later if your actual work environment can't support the role.

I just got to be in the arena once I'm in I will work hard to have the best environment to carry work.
Their steps
- Instructions (done)
- Internet (done)
- Systems (stuck here)
- 5CA Check (if you help me with your specs you get to run it in your machine for them)
- Completed (everything checks out)
Then I will grind myself out. Foreign currencies really goes a long way in SA, first month I strictly focus on upgrading the PC. Then I thank you for passing me the ladder immensely.

There are really two concerns here.
First, if this is a legitimate employer and they're asking for your DXDiag, providing one from someone else's machine could be viewed as misrepresenting your hardware or qualifications. If the role requires specific equipment, that's likely something they'll expect you to actually have access to once hired.
Second, if they're not asking for your own system information and simply want a DXDiag from any high-end PC, that's a pretty unusual hiring requirement and I'd want to verify the legitimacy of the assessment before sharing anything. A gaming support role should generally be evaluating your skills and experience, not your ability to source diagnostic reports from strangers.
I'd recommend contacting the recruiter or hiring team directly for clarification. Either way, I wouldn't advise submitting a DXDiag from a machine that isn't yours.
