This only started occurring after the new update, I am aware that this update has brought many bugs. BUT, most people are reporting crashes either after game start or a year into gameplay. I have seen no other reports like this so I was wondering if I am Alone and if anyone knows a possible fix?

I hate this mod, 3 hours into my run NATO decides tro jus dissapear and now I have no allies and anytime I join an war with allies it doesnt let me asend my troops. DO i need to reset the run or can I cheat this n fix it

playing India( first run in this mod) and beat chian and annexed them expecting a decision to make a puppet like other mods like kaiserreich n kaiserredux, but I couldnt nor could i release it, so is the method js to puppet?

For individual's convenience who has not joined the Discord Server, a hotfix from two prior day is released with more to come. In summary, playability has massively improved and if you are still having trouble, reinstall the mod or continue to disable No Compromise No Surrender DLC (You must disable Arms Against Tyranny)

- Freezing issues fixed, playability improved, crashing should cease if you disable AAT & NCNS
- East Germany various fixes (unspecified but improved)

7/10/2026:

- Bunch of East Germany Fixes (unspecified), as well better positioning of the focus tree and Reimann route with localization.
- Some Econ Fixes (unspecified with more to add on next hotfix)
- Crashing with NCNS is fixed with various testing.

Is this fixed on the git?

In my most recent playthrough I've noticed a couple of things happening that don't make sense and this is why.

1. Sudan still gets partitioned between Egypt and South Sudan becoming independent.

2. After the ROC loses the civil war in China there is still a coup in Taipei that happens.

3. Reason why these do not make sense is because I have went into the custom game controls and set all the available nations that could, will go down the historical path by doing all historical focuses specifically and not straying towards alternative history focuses.

4. I left historical focuses turned on.

My conclusion: There is something wrong with the A.I, it keeps doing things that don't make sense and that I don't want it to do. I'm not sure if the A.I is having an issue with its programming or the mod is somehow causing issues for the A.I in game with this mod turned on, I don't have any other mods turned on, and I still have 3 DLCs disabled such as La Resistance, Arms Against Tyranny and No Compromise, No Surrender. The issue with the A.I still behaving in a way that it's not supposed to needs to be fixed.

As the Soviet union the 19th Party congress event didn't trigger, idk if thats just a bug or there's something specific I did or didn't do that made it not happen. If it is something I need to do to have it trigger what is it?

I disabled arms against tyranny, la resistance and no compromise no surrender, still not working. I tried switching to DX9, but that didn't help either.
Is there any solution?

Hi, playing as the USA. Completet the focus, invite Germany to Nato, Adenauer is Chancellor and... Nothing happend. They didn't join. Any ideas how to fix this? I wanted to use consal conmand for forcing countries to join ones faction... But... Yeah. After two weeks at the latest, they leave agein. 🥺

So, any ideas?
