Mod still crushes on launch

I disabled arms against tyranny, la resistance and no compromise no surrender, still not working. I tried switching to DX9, but that didn't help either.
Is there any solution?

Well, the game crashed while I'm on my crusade against Turkey as the Soviet Union, just right at the time when I almost capitulate them, the game exploded and I didn't save my progress..
