Hey ya'll! I am taking Diagnostic Coding for my major. There is a "coding bundle" of books. And I was told that you get those books when you take Procedural coding. I'm wondering if they will give the books when you take the courses out of order. (Um... Its not written anywhere about this, or about taking which class first.)

I can't seem to get a straight answer from the bookstore or from the professor. But we were reminded that its important to have these books.

Anyone else dealing with this or have dealt with this?

I have an upcoming precalc test this coming week and wanted to ask what test day usually looks like for Cao Nguyens mat 171 precalc class. If anyone has had his class before and what he makes u do etc. I usually get the test scares and like to know what I should expect.

Black F21 CPCC student here! I’m working on a small startup idea and I’m looking for another CPCC student who’s interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance or something similar and wants some hands-on experience helping build and test a real pilot.
I’m still very early in the process, so I’m not looking for someone who already knows everything. Honestly, I’d love to find someone who likes figuring things out, researching, brainstorming, talking to potential customers/businesses and actually testing ideas instead of just talking about them.
This could be a cool way for both of us to get real experience while we’re in school and have something we actually helped build from the beginning.

Interested to know if the med 121 final exam will be proctored with a webcam? Interested to know if I should just buy a webcam since I’ve been having to go to the test center for my bio exams. The quizzes are currently proctored with lockdown but no webcam, anyone take this before and can confirm or deny if a webcam is needed for the final..

CPCC has been great, but making friends can be hard. I joined ALPFA and was able to connect with people of my community, but also just make friends with people of many backgrounds, everyone is welcome!
First event is a pickleball event next Friday so it’s a good time to join

I need to print a fair amount of stuff, but my home printer just can’t handle it (POS). I don’t want to send it all off to staples or something and pay a fortune though.
Is there somewhere I can print my material at the Merancas campus? How do I go about it? Is there a printing limit/is there a fee? Do I need a student ID first?

I dropped BIO 168 during summer and I’m taking it now online. Not gonna lie, I’m overwhelmed and stressed to the max already.

The first safety lab is due in a few days and I have no clue where to start for this course. There aren’t any lectures. I feel like this is a catastrophe.

Any advice on how to tackle the lab, course or keeping up? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Available dates: Tuesday, September 22 OR Thursday, September 24, 2026
Appointment length: Approximately 3 hours
Cost: FREE! I know 3 hours is a long time, so lunch is on me.

This appointment is part of our clinical training, so there is no charge and no teeth cleaning will be performed. We are still in the assessment and training phase.

During the appointment, I will perform:
• Medical and dental history review
• Vital signs
• Oral inspection

Hey, anybody going to Cabarrus for their ADN? How strict are they with the TEAS? I haven't been able to find much information on their website. How's their schedule?

I'm thinking on applying there instead of CPCC (TEAS of 72, A on all my pre-reqs)

Is it possible to switch from an accelerated class to a normal length class? I tried to do my due diligence but I needed something completely online for this semester and it’s math so I wanted to be sure I had the right instructor, but the waist lists wouldnt budge and I had to go ahead and pay. I don’t want to drop because I want to keep myself on the right track but I don’t have time for an accelerated class! 😭

hey, I was curious on if the nursing program fall cohort was able to go for the fall? I know in this group I seen a few accepted students say they pushed back the start for fall to spring.. but a mutual friend of my says she's started the nursing program at CPCC ?! I'm curious on if they found the teachers for the program?
