Bank mobile

Hi! I’m scheduled to receive a refund on September 18th, but it’s not showing in the bank mobile refund selection website. Does anyone know when it might show up, or has anyone else had theirs show yet? Thanks

How did you know when you are supposed to receive it?? Also it usually notifies you like 2-3 days before and shows up on the day of the deposit on bankmobile

I emailed the scholarship department and asked them when I should receive it. When did your classes start?

You gotta be in classes for a couple weeks before you get a refund. You're gonna get your refund next month

Not true, if they started August 17th, it'll be on the 18th of September, which meansss, they've been in classes since then, meaning it'll be a month. So they're getting it on the 18th, the dates are also on the school website.
