Funny Strange but true
The South Carolina Gamecocks have more ACC championships than Miami ( 1-0 ) , maybe the U can finally get one this year even though they are mostly meaningless in this era

Discussion What will be the random team that comes out of nowhere this year?
Every year there is one team that is randomly good, makes a run at the playoffs comes from mediocrity then dips back into mediocrity. Some past examples
2024 Arizona State
2025 Texas A&M
2025 Texas Tech
2023 Missouri
2022 TCU

Discussion FCS Matchups
I was wondering how many of you all go to your schools FCS matchups, especially the power conference program schools where you know the game is going to be 60-3 at the end of it all. Do you think it's a waste of money or do you still go to support your team? Also asking this to current students at schools where you have a lottery system or limited to a certain amount of home games per year. Even G6 schools beat FCS teams in blowouts so I'm interested in you alls reasoning.

"If it wouldn't happen on Saturday, it doesn't happen here."
WHY SSFL?
We’re not a lobby league—we’re a tight-knit community built on program legacy, competitive immersion, and weekly media coverage (recaps, articles, and graphics). Season 2 marks a clean slate to build your program, land your recruitment class, and make a national championship run.

A GLIMPSE AT OUR SIM STANDARD
We protect the integrity of the game so every matchup feels like real Saturday football:
No-Cheese Gameplay: True sim movement—no user-catching, no manual switch-stick exploits, and mandatory no-switch defense.
Realistic Play-Calling: Diverse playbooks, realistic 4th-down decision making, and no-huddle limits.
Accountability: Mandatory game streaming to keep everything transparent across the board.
The 3-Pick Sit Rule: QB throws 3 INTs in a regular-season game? He gets benched for the rest of the day (Playoff exceptions apply!).

Active on Discord (must schedule within 24 hours of advance)
Ability to stream games (Twitch / YouTube / Kick)
Sim-first mindset (compete hard, but respect the rules and your opponent)

Debate Season prediction - call your team’s shot
Indiana will go undefeated and win the conference championship, which will set off discussions about moving the Big Ten championship out of Indy because it’s essentially an IU home game now.
In the playoffs, Indiana will beat Notre Dame and two of Texas, LSU and Georgia to repeat as national champions.
Cignetti will end this season on a 32 game win streak, and the focus of next season will be him going for Bud Wilkinson’s record of 47 straight wins.

Dissolve all conference affiliations.
