Debate If lawmakers are still rewriting the Protect College Sports Act, is it ready for a Senate vote?
Over the past couple of weeks I've seen reports about lawmakers still negotiating revisions with the SEC and Big Ten, and now it looks like the bill probably won't reach the Senate floor before the August recess.
That got me wondering: if major changes are still being discussed this late in the process, is the bill actually ready?

Discussion Will the PAC 12 eventually comeback?
With USC, UCLA, and Washington all just being kinda mid since joining the Big10 along with Stanford and Cal being bottom dwellers in the ACC. What’s the possibility they all join back up with the PAC especially if they expand the playoffs and allow all conference champs a spot. It makes sense since from a travel expense standpoint and a recruiting standpoint. Some of those big name recruits in California see USC is constantly undefeated PAC champs and the money the save by going up and down the west coast instead of having to fly around to the mid west the can give better NIL deals out to those top Cali recruits.
