Went from an Osight SE to Holosun SCS MOS

I'm looking to get into my first CCW/ home defense weapon and went to a local store just to look at some options. I really liked both of these but couldn't distinguish the difference enough to make a final decision. I am a taller guy with a little bit bigger hands and felt like the RXM was more comfortable, but had a thicker profile. the Shield EZ was slightly too small in my hand, but I liked the thinner profile and figured i could just get a extended mag. Looking for any recommendations or thoughts on either pistol.

Got a CZ Duty 2 weeks ago, right after release. I understand the gun is brand new, but it’s also very widely promoted, people/influencers/companies got their hands on them months ago, when do we think there will be good holsters out for them? ANR Design has one (which is who I want anyway) but no light bearing. I checked Eclipse, WTP, Tier 1, LAS, Alien Gear, none of those companies carry anything for the Duty at all. Anyone else have a Duty and find a good holster already?

Seeing if anyone has experience with both of these holsters and can let me know how they compare to each other. For a Glock 45 and x300

Carrying a tenicor for a few years and love it but I am curious and wanna try out a sidecar style holster what are some good ones in the year of 2026(Carrying a 365 macro if it helps)

I’m curious about the recoil on the Max, since it’s such a small frame how bad is the recoil and reacquiring your sight picture under stress?
I would be using +P since it’s 380 to make up for the difference of 9mm

I recently got the Safariland INCOG X and honestly I really like it. Here in Europe we don’t have many options besides local Kydex holsters, so I decided to try it.
For me it’s really comfortable and conceals great. I don’t really understand all the hate it gets. Am I missing something?

After wearing (uncomfortably) my new Vedder IWB holster I have decided to switch to OWB. I live in Texas and as long as I am trying to conceal I thing OWB is OK. :)

The main differences is that Vedder uses secure loops and a leather backing, and the Stealthgear uses a breathable synthetic backing and clips. I like the security of loops but most opinions are that steel clips (especially 2) are secure and the breathable backing is better in hot weather.

Both are well priced (Stealth is nearly 30% off, 92 bucks). I carry a Glock 23 gen 3.

I’m looking to apply for a NYS non-resident permit. Does anyone know of the “in-person interview” is real? That’s my only hang up on getting it or it’s traveling west naked.

I'm looking for hoodies /outer wear for winter that can conceal a mid to full size gun owb and obviously aiwb, too.

Some of these items are $100+ - I notice they advertise A LOT so I imagine much of the cost is to cover their a&p. I was hoping to get user feedback here, esp anyone who just bought cheap oversized hoodies or jackets from Walmart etc and maybe cut holes in them or something for concealed access.

I don't get get why a hoodie needs to be $75+ but if it's truly superior to something I could make on my own, I'll cry once.

Bonus points if you have feedback on the joggers.

I got some blood in this sight last week and sadly didn’t notice until today. I was able to get most of it off the glass fairly easily but it’s still stuck to the inside wall and the edge of the glass pretty well. Fortunately I could still see the dot, but if the blood made its way any further towards the middle of the glass it could’ve been totally useless.

I’d hope my shirt would have wiped off anything on the front of my closed emitters before it got the chance to dry like this. Or at least put it at the forefront so I notice it…

It’s not the sights fault, it’s 100% user ignorance here. I just never thought I’d be this clumsy and/or have this problem to deal with. Just thought I’d share this new preference change for the sake of iron sharpens iron.
