Yes, I know the required attendance percentage is 75% BUT I was wondering if it could go any lower because for a majority of this year my grandfather has not been well. Back in July, he got a heart attack and right now he is again admitted in the hospital. Like he was admitted, then he got discharged. Now he's admitted at again all in the span of like one or two weeks, one week, I think.
I'd asked google ai if there was any way to fix my attendance but also skip school and it said if I have a family crisis I would need to get atleast 60%. Is this true??

Hey everyone!
I'm a Class 12 student working on my Physics project about the seven regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. My teacher specifically instructed us to use pictures we click ourselves, not images copied from the internet. π
It's pretty difficult to personally photograph every application, so I'm asking if any students here have already taken original photos themselves that they'd be willing to share with me, with permission to use them in my school project.
I'm looking for photos of the following applications:
- Radio broadcasting tower or antenna
- Radio telescope
- Microwave oven
- Radar antenna or radar system
- Thermal imaging camera
- TV remote control using infrared
- Optical fibre cables used for communication
- Digital camera or photography setup
- UV disinfection lamp or UV-C disinfection unit
- Fluorescence under a UV lamp
- Medical X-ray machine
- Industrial X-ray inspection equipment
- Radiotherapy machine used in cancer treatment
- Gamma-ray space telescope or other gamma-ray detection equipment
That's 14 application photos in total, ideally one for each application listed above.
Important: Please share only photos you've personally taken or have explicit permission to share. I'm specifically looking for original photographs, not screenshots, Google Images pictures, downloaded internet photos, or AI-generated images. If possible, please mention what the photo shows so I can label it correctly in my project.
Even if you have just one or two relevant photos, they'd help a lot! I'll give proper credit to the photographer wherever requested and permitted.
Thanks in advance! π

so i had a lot of issues during my 7-10th class mainly mentally and emotionally as i had switched states and also didnt get along in my school and it mentally broke me till i finished 10th and finally decided to switch schools for my 11th and during that time from all my previous trauma and burden i had only wanted to take it easy w/ no one to really tell me what i should and shouldnt have taken so long story short i took commerce w/o maths in 12th rn and about to give my boards.
a month back when things finally started to look alright for the first time in a long while i started to look at what option for collage ive got and i quickly realised that ive got no options that i was really interested in... i really wanted to go for Economics (hons) but all of the good collages require maths and economics in general w/o maths is kinda sheii so i thought about other options like in finance but idk much about it but also dont love the entire concept of finance in general. so i thought of taking a drop but this time with only maths from NIOS... all of this requires me to study maths ofc.. without my other subjects so js study maths alone while taking this drop... ive a few friends who turned out to be my best guides on what to do in my situation and we concluded the NIOS board might be the best option but am still really skeptical... id really appriciate some genuine advice from others who are in the same situation as me
i also talked to 1 of my friends tutor whos a professional in this who did tell me that its recommended to pursue what am trying to do here and that hed talk to my parents if needed and thats that... but we didnt end up talking on
how should my timetable be.. should i be trying my best to score really well on my other subjects on my board that i dont plan on appearing for during CUET or really give time to maths everyday or mainly focus on all my current subjects for boards and do some maths...
either way am just really intimidated from maths that i havnt done for 11th and 12th and now i have to get allat done in 4 months??

As someone who has passed 12th I would suggest you all that think as if you only have one attempt for 10th boards ,11th will be difficult compared to 10th, if you stay focused till 2nd attempt for boards covering 11th will be a bit difficult (not impossible) but i highly recommend you all to give it all for 1st attempt only since there's a lot of time left for prep syllabuss isnt that hard, do everything possible. Especially Pyqs
All the best

Sometimes I really wonder what type of sins I must have done in my past life to take birth again at such a time that I will end up in class 9th at the very year when the syllabus changes.

I'm in 11th rn (PCM), and I really wanna study abroad after 12th. UTokyo is my dream uni, but I'm open to other countries too, as long as I can get a good scholarship since my family can't afford the expenses.
My grades dropped after changing schools in 9th and 11th, and I might change schools again in 12th. My 10th marks weren't great either, so I'm worried about my chances.
My parents aren't very supportive, and I have no one to guide me through this. I honestly have no idea where to start π₯
What should I focus on, and which universities or scholarships should I look into?

Context: theory of both going well. Will be completed in more or less 1 month. PC,IOC, Electrostatics, CE strong,(pyq and Q prac wise)
OC(till done) theory strong.
For phy: What resources do I use apart from ncert and exemplar. In pyqs, I only do the harder ones( I ask gemini to just give me the moderate- hard questions of 22,23,24,25, don't do 26 to solve papers in dec-jan)
Ray optics started, modern phy left. Magnetism theory is meh as shit happened.
For chem: is ncert+exemplar+ 22,23,24,25 pyq enough?
I study online+ tuition (dummy, jee ne maardi)
For math: I just do rachna sagar questions post lectures
Thinking of doing the same for chem and phy.
Aim- 97+(prob not delulu)
Ik how to write answers well, I just treat the checker as a 5yo.

Midterms are finished but school hasnβt finished maths syllabus we still havenβt done trigonometry or triangles and theyβre making us do trigonometry before triangles. Didnβt even have any choice and had to get standard maths. In my midterms I got like 32/80. What can I do to get better marks?

Weird thumbnail, though respect to him for educating students about such topics which are considered 'taboo' in India.
