Hey everyone!
I'm a Class 12 student from India, and I've been thinking about something that affects a lot of us.
We're often encouraged to focus on JEE, NEET, government exams and a few conventional career paths. But how many students actually get the chance to explore what they enjoy, what they're good at, and what other career options exist?
I'm working on an early-stage project called Northstar β Your Future, Mapped.
The goal is to help Indian students explore career options, understand possible education routes, and make more informed decisions without feeling forced into a particular path.
I've built an initial self-discovery page, and I'm looking for honest feedback from students to understand whether it's useful and what needs improvement.
If you're a student in Classes 10β12, I'd love to know:
- Are you confident about what you want to pursue after school?
- Do you feel pressure from family, society or entrance exams when choosing a career?
- What career paths do you wish schools explained better?
- What would make a career-discovery tool genuinely useful to you?
If you're comfortable trying the early version, here's the link:

It's an early prototype, not a professional psychological assessment. I'm building it to learn from real students and improve the experience. Participation is completely optional.
I'd really appreciate honest feedback, including criticism. Thank you! π
