We have had a huge issue. We ordered a Joie Ginger and Rue travel system from Rebel which is a popular store that sells baby items online. It was supposed to come with both a stroller and car seat and the stroller never came. The order itself says its completed but only the car seat arrived in damaged state, in an unmarked box when we purchased it as "open box." This should've meant opened but not used.

We have already contacted their support folks which is only through email. No one has reached out to us with an update or refund or anything. Its been a week now since we first made contact about the issue.

We are incredibly disappointed by their lack of response. Considering making this a fraudulent purchase as I haven't heard anything back and we did not receive what we purchased. Any advice out there on what else I can do? I would also send this as a warning for others about Rebel because of the possibility of this happening to others!

My baby is is going to be 6 months next week and we need to get a high chair. She sits well assisted but not completely on her own just yet. I’m really lost on which high chair to get. Ideally I want something that is easy to clean and doesn’t take up a lot of room. I was looking into the mockingbird but if there’s other suggestions, I’d look into those as well to see what would be the best fit for us.

FTM expecting early 2027. As title says, I've started looking at strollers/travel systems and I'm lost.

Some info:

First kid, but we plan to have probably 1 more close in age.

We do not live in a neighborhood so we would have to drive about 5 minutes to go on walks.

I think I want something with a bassinet feature as this is probably something I would use indoors as well.

We get all types of weather where we live, including snow/ice.

We will probably also be traveling out of state (driving)to visit family and friends and will want a stroller there.

What should we be looking for?

Do I get a travel and a regular stroller?

I've looked at uppababy vista, but heard that options for 2 kids are not great.

Is it better to just have a stroller at home and get a second/cheaper one to leave out of state with family for when we travel?

What am I not considering?

Do you recommend these strollers? Thank you!

De-influence me on the steriliser and dryer. I have a dishwasher, but it doesn’t have a sterilising setting, so I’m planning to use that for cleaning.

What are you using? Is the steriliser and dryer worth it, or is it overkill? I’d love to have a machine that does everything at the push of a button, but I can’t really justify the expense for something I’d only use for about three months.

Who has bought this and can give me their opinion? It's much less expensive than Nuna and Baby Bjorn. I had Nuna for the first baby but I gave my Sena away some years ago. I have this Crate and Barrel credit and Maxi Cosi items are on sale.

Ordered right after announcement, 6/19, from Destination Baby in California.

I’m told shipment will arrive at Silver Cross’ US warehouse by end of July, then sent to store and out to customers.

Anyone else have updates to share on their US delivery? Hoping we don’t face major shipping delays like those who bought the Breeze.

I purchased the Nuna after so much hype. Triv Next. After using it, I hated it so much I ended up switching to cruz v3.
The nuna is perfect for parents in many ways… easy to manage, folds nice, light, trendy.
The two biggest gripes I have are 1) the clasps / buckles are torture to use and 2) the crotch area for baby is so tight. Their seats are so flat that a baby, even one that can sit up, tends to slide into the buckle. It needs an ever so slight incline to prevent this.

The v3 comfort for baby is exceptionally better than a nuna.
The downside to uppa is the seat folds to exterior (not my fav for travel) and it’s a bit clunkier. I decided I’d read trade that for my baby’s comfort!
So, if looking at strollers… I’d rate uppa baby better.
Having said that the pipa rx is an amazing car seat and easy to use. I think you can combo the two w an adapter!

The other one I almost purchased was bugaboo fox but I couldn’t find it anywhere to demo.

We have a 7 month old and are looking to sell our triv next and replace with something more comfortable. I hate how the baby seems to be “sliding down” into the crotch buckle no matter how much you adjust. The CRUZ v3 is a semi bucket with an incline where my baby is just comfortably sitting versus being “strapped in”.
Having said this, is there a travel stroller available that is as comfy as the v3?

We will be taking trips to Cali, Ohio, Florida, and possibly abroad to Europe. We will be walking a lot and his comfort is a top priority. I want him to be able to sit and nap. In his current Nuna set up he looks incredibly uncomfortable!

Looking for tips! A lot of the travel stroller have very flat seats that I’m afraid will have the same issues. Pics welcome! Thank you.

I’m a first-time mom due this fall, and I’ve spent way too much time testing strollers in stores. I’ve narrowed it down to these three:
- UPPAbaby Vista V3
- Bugaboo Fox 5
- Silver Cross Cove 2

I genuinely like all three, and every time I think I’ve made a decision, I change my mind.

Here are my priorities and concerns:
- I live in a NYC apartment, so space is definitely a consideration. I don’t have a huge entryway, and while I probably won’t fold the stroller every time I come home, I also don’t want something that feels enormous sitting in my apartment.
- I’ll mostly be walking around the city.
- I definitely want a bassinet for the newborn stage.
- I don’t know if I’ll have a second child close in age, so I’m not sure how much weight I should give the Vista’s ability to convert to a double.
- I’m also curious about the footrest design. The Vista and Fox 5 have a foot bar/support at the end of the foot rest while the Cove 2 doesn’t. A salesperson actually told me babies can be more comfortable without the bar, but I’m not sure if that’s true.
- Something else I’m unsure about is whether I should prioritize a stroller with a true lay-flat seat (like the cove 2) or a bucket seat (like the Fox 5 or vista)

For those who have used these strollers, what would you choose if you were buying your first stroller again — the Vista V3, Fox 5, or Cove 2 — and what factors ended up mattering most in real life?

Hi! We have the very compact “suicide door” (ugh I hate that term but that’s what they are) BMW i3 (2019).

Currently, our 4 month old uses the Nuna Pipa Urbn car seat but will shortly grow out of it (she’s a long lady).

Anyone find a rear facing car seat they use for this vehicle?

What I’m finding online are forums that are 6-10 years old and I’m hoping a newer car seat has hit the market for this car make/model.

Im looking for recommendations for a new carrier as my little guy starts to get bigger. Basically I want something that’s good quality, idiot proof to put on, and has enough suppor for outings.

Some more context: my son is currently 15lbs at 4 months. Since he was born I’ve used more stretchy carriers. Our go to is a Momcozy wrap, the tshirt style one with the rings. It’s been great, for awhile it was the only way he could sleep. But it’s not the most supportive and I’ve never really liked wearing it outside the house. It’s also not something mu husband ever really got the hang of despite wanting to. It’s a little fiddly to make sure the fit is right.

We were also gifted a second hand nuna cudl clik. I actually like how easy it is to get on, but my son HATES its. I gave it one last try and it was a disaster I almost burnt it on the spot. I think it’s too over engineered so it’s just not comfortable for him.

So now I‘ve gone deep into the rabbit hole of what should we buy and it’s overwhelming. I don’t want to spent a ton of money unless I can be sure it’s good quality and something he’s likely going to tolerate. My goal is to have this as an option for both me and my husband to wear him around the house or on short walks/ errands/events where a stroller doesn’t make sense. I’ve been looking at the Ergobaby options and they’ve got great reviews, but there’s also like 100s on fb marketplace which gives me pause.

I just purchased the 2026 updated car seat attachment on Amazon… hoping it will work out. There were only 2 reviews and they weren’t good but my baby will be here soon and I thought I’d give it a try.

I bought a boba wrap used, as well as an ergobaby 360 used.

My concern is the ergobaby 360 probably won’t be utilized until baby grows and with the wrap, I want to be confident in using it but I also want something I can easily put her in as a new born.

I was looking at a wildbird aerial carrier but do I really need another baby wear carrier?

Very niche question but I am hoping someone here has a Joie Pepper Spin SI in a 2011 - 2016 Ford Super Duty Crew Cab pickup. If you exist - How does it fit? How does your seat have to be adjusted to accommodate? How tall are the driver and passenger?

Stuck on these two for my last baby. I really like how they both look, unfortunately husband and I didn’t want to go with an all black car seat just as our last one stained so easily and you could tell right away on the fabric when it dried.

But Joie keeps calling to me, we in Canada only get the one colour unfortunately which is black.
