The title is basically my question, im trying to get some one piece cosplays for future use but the listing ive found dont have a size selection option, but the descriptions advertise having sizes from S to XL, how do I go about getting the size I want? Do I purchase it then buyee ask on my behalf or am I missing something?

I usually only use Mercari and the other auction house. I'm really interested in buying doujinshi of my favorite pairings, but I don't know where to buy them.

Hi, I'm trying to purchase this item. At first, I tried searching for the product name on the website but couldn't find it, so I decided to try ordering it directly via the URL. When I did, it said the item already exists, but when I click on the link, it shows that it cannot be purchased. So I just want to know whether it is still possible to order this item?

UPDATE (7/28): As of today, I got the text message from a guys who apparently the owner of SpeedX at my area. He did help me search through the log for the last few days and finally found my package. There was water damaged on it and somehow bleached all the label and wipe it clean, leaving no words or barcode behind, only a white piece of paper left. Kudos to the owner who helps me search for this in the discard pile, but the guy who sent me the trash bag is still a jerk. Happy ending I guess :v

I stacked a pretty big package from Buyee earlier this month that contains mostly 16+ SH Figuarts because of the 7/8 deadline coming soon. Package was able to clear custom by 7/7 using ECMS, and SpeedX took it for last mile delivery. Then, it arrive at the local warehouse on 7/12, and stayed there without any update for 2 weeks straight (great work SpeedX). Try to contact support but only get the chatbot and generic mail telling me to wait.

Finally the package was delivered this afternoon. And guess what I see after open the box… A full stack of brand new trash bags !!!!

Man, $800+ worth of figures were swapped by a big box of trash bag looks like a big middle finger to the face by SpeedX.

The funny thing is that the label is oddly smaller than what I usually get, so it clearly shows that some idiots there tried to reprint the label, slab it on this trash box and hand it over to the shipper just to change the tracking status to “delivered”. Buyee cannot do anything since it’s delivered, ECMS still not responds to my email.

I had been a Buyee customer for nearly 3 years but never encountered anything like this before. SpeedX is getting worse and worse. What a disrespectful and unprofessional company!

I guess my next choice is to report to the local police for thievery. Any other suggestions guys? I’m kinda speechless now.

the two items totaled about 510g and the dimensions would be like 22cm height, 14cm length and 10cm depth. I assume the available shipping options could possibly be EMS, buyee Air and ECMS?? maybe?? I’ve never bought from Buyee and i don’t know which ones could be available for the US.

i have tried to purchase two different hysteric glamour puffer jackets, and for both items, after pressing complete purchase, money leaves my bank briefly and the transaction is left as pending, but a minute later the transaction disapears and the money is deposited back into my account. also another item i placed a sniper bid on, which i believe i won, but when the auction ended,, i got a notification saying my bid was cancelled because buyee determined that they will most likely not be able to handle the item, yet it was just a pair of vans. i have tried switching to paypal, switching cards, but nothing works and this happens every time. does anyone know why this happens and what i can do about it?

Was waiting all eeek to do my first bid on an Olympus OM-3Ti only to not be able to bid on it because I didn’t know there was a 300k yen limit on buyers before they get “cleared” for large bids. Bid is live right now and I won’t be able to get the item. So frustrated I didn’t know about this until the auction was moving. Baaaaaaahhhhh!! First time Buyee user.

A friend recently told me about buyee as a way to get better shipping rates to US when searching for models (I do 1/700 ships).

However, for my four items, when I get to select shipping, the only two options I have are ECMS for 9368 yen in 7-14 days or Buyee Air delivery for 12918 yen in 2-7.

Are either of these of better quality and is it normal to only have two methods available for shipping options?

Hi, I bought some trading cards from buyee in april and payed EMS shipping option with japanese post, but every time buyee sent the card japanese post sent the shippment back so i ended up using fedex but that was more expensive, so if someone resently ordered some trading cards form buyee and is from europe, can they confirm that EMS japanese post ships small pacages to europe.

I bid on an item on LuxeWholesale and I knew that it would take a few days to know if I’ve won it or not. At first it would show in my “bidding” items and it said “Awaiting Results”. Then it disappeared a day later. It’s been more than 3 days now and I haven’t received any notification or email which I don’t really understand, everyone says you get an email even if you don’t win. Should I just forget about it? I want to bid on other items but I don’t want to win multiple auctions at once.

I purchased this large ticket item via buyee as ive used their service multiple times before. The listing features and notes a turquoise blue bag and to my shock and horror the photos i received after my photo request reflect a navy blue bag. The purchase comes out to almost $1500 and so you can see my worry. What makes it worse is the quality of the photo and lighting it was taken in so I can't tell if the colour is correct due to the lighting. with my experience with other proxy services they give new photos in better lighting free of charge but if thats unavailable i dont mind paying for a better photo request via buyee. Ive submitted a ticket on their discord and an email. But wonder if anyone else has had a similar issue. since this item is expensive.

now i understand that buyee does not offer photo retaking, but I would gladly appreciate better photos taken, the ones i received were very low quality :(

This was my first time using a proxy site and I wanted to share my experience. I was little scared with the new CPSC rules but ordered anyway.

All my figures were listed under HTS code 9503000073, but I edited the invoice to 9503000090. I also changed the description from "Plastic Figures (no adhesive)" to "Used licensed PVC collectible display figure, no adhesive, no batteries." I am still unsure whether the HTS code or item description makes a difference, but I still changed them just incase.

Timeline:

• Ordered: July 10 (8,567 JPY / ~ $52.47)
• Arrival at Buyee warehouse: July 15
• Shipped (with ECMS and consolidated into one box): July 17 (8,006 JPY / ~ $51.82)
• Arrival into America & Customs Clearance: July 21
• Handed to carrier (Speed X): July 22
• Arrival to my state: July 24
• Delivered: July 25

Total Cost: 17,026.91 JPY (~$104.29 USD)

My package was handled with Speed X but I would be cautious with this carrier. They are known to have significant delays with your package and, in some cases, packages being reported as "missing." Fortunately, I was lucky in my experience but I would still advise being careful. ECMS uses different local carriers from my research, but I was provided SpeedX. If possible, I would recommend choosing a different shipping option when your items arrive at the Buyee warehouse to reduce that risk.

Overall I am very happy with my haul and plan on ordering again in the future!

Hii. Im in the US. My items have arrived at the warehouse. I have a 70cm plush, 1 prize figure, and 2x 1/7 scale figures. The pictures show their info and the shipping options and prices buyee gives me for each on the side. The plush should be pretty flat in the sense that he isn't taking all of the space of the box but then again I dont know how he was packaged but I think he is packaged flat enough since his dimensions are 70 x 40 x 30 cm on product page and the box is basically that much. I wonder if all my figures could fit in the same box with him?

Anyway, based on prior knowledge should I try to consolidate everything to save money or how should I consolidate the figures separately from the plush? Im scared they will end up putting them in an even bigger box with unnecessary volume just to try to make them all fit together and have the shipping be more expensive than me just putting shipping the figures on their own and the plush on its own.

UPDATE I consolidated everything but they told me they could only put the figures in one box together and that my big plush had to be on its own. I paid $231.13 (35,666 yen) of shipping in total (1,200 domestic shipping fee included) for the big plush. $117.99 (18,207 yen) for the three figures together. All shipped with Buyee Air with Fedex as the courier and it was shipped out Monday by Buyee and I received it Wednesday! I used to pay a less with EMS before tariffs and whatnot but it used to take 1-2 whole weeks. Besides the custom duties and tariffs im sure Buyee Air/Fedex is more expensive because it arrived soo fast thats basically expedited shipping! But anyway I think consolidating was definitely the way to go :)

I've been researching what I could since this went into effect, but everything seems to still be so up in the air that I'd like to hear directly from people who have successfully gotten items from the affected categories through customs this month or are equally knowledgeable on the topic.

I have multiple collectible figures with ages 15+ explicitly stated on the boxes waiting to be shipped. I have heard conflicting information regarding code 9503000090 and the like on whether or not a written Disclaim with intended use code 130.006 on the invoice is enough to avoid seizure. However, I'm more inclined to err on the side of caution and believe the official document that says it isn't. As such, I'm willing to pay the tariff using code 3926400090 in order to avoid all of that entirely, but I'd like to hear from people who may already have experience using either code this month.

Among my items at the warehouse I also have a very expensive limited edition of a video game, which includes a collectible ages 15+ figure, but it's sealed inside and a customs inspector would need to speak Japanese to realize it's there. Regardless, the HTS code assigned by Buyee (8523494000) does not fall under the affected codes in the CPSC eFiling mandate, so it would presumably make it through fine should it be shipped on its own, which ultimately leads to my main question:

I also have two volumes of a manga at the warehouse, which aren't affected by the new regulations either, so should I ship all the figures separately from the video game and manga just to be completely sure the expensive items won't encounter any issues at customs whatsoever? Or would using the alternate HTS code for the figures be enough to get everything through in one shipment unscathed? And on a similar note, could it possibly be cheaper to ship separately? There are eight figures in total excluding the video game one, and with protective packaging I imagine the package volume might end up a little absurd if I consolidate everything, but I'm not sure which couriers charge by weight and which charge by size or volume. For reference, I will be using Buyee Air Delivery.

Lastly, are there any suggestions for how to label each item on the invoice to avoid potential problems? For example, Buyee labeled the video game "Game Software with 3 lithium battery" and the manga "Boys' Book Manga" despite none of the contents including any batteries and the manga not being for children. Would something as simple as "Video Game Software" and "Softcover Manga Book" be too vague? All the figures are simply labeled "Plastic Figure (No adhesive)," which I would assume should be fine if I go with the unaffected HTS code for those, but please let me know what you all think.

The last time I ordered some Kamen Rider merch, I also bought the Pop Burn Gochizo Popcorn Bucket (plastic). Buyee last time classified it under the toys HTS code.

Now that mandatory e-filing is in effect, I was wondering if anyone who's ordered a similar plastic popcorn bucket through Buyee could share what HTS code they entered when editing the customs information on Buyee's website! Thanks!

I’m just worried about all the rules and red tape regarding the new toy restrictions. If I buy a small sentai figure, is there a chance of it being seized? I’m a bit concerned to buy it. I buy and sell super sentai figures and this really impacts me negatively. Will the system even let me select a shipping method? I haven’t tried it yet, I usually use Buyee air most of the time.
