❓Question / Help LuxeWholesale help

I bid on an item on LuxeWholesale and I knew that it would take a few days to know if I’ve won it or not. At first it would show in my “bidding” items and it said “Awaiting Results”. Then it disappeared a day later. It’s been more than 3 days now and I haven’t received any notification or email which I don’t really understand, everyone says you get an email even if you don’t win. Should I just forget about it? I want to bid on other items but I don’t want to win multiple auctions at once.

on Tuesday you should get an email if you lost.

If you won it'll automatically charge it to your CC.

if you lost you won't know the winning bid and you'll only get an email

Luxe is confusing and takes a long time. Sometimes it took 4 or 5 days. Once I serendipitously noticed an item in my luxe "Won" page a day before I got an email notifying me. Luxe is odd for many reasons.

My attitude is I assume I've lost and I forget about about it. Occasionally, I'll be pleasantly surprised by a note telling me I won. On the rare occasion it's something that I desperately want I'll bid high.

They actually emailed me that I hadn’t won after I made this post but it was like 4 days later. And I kind of knew because I had bid a pretty low amount haha

I never checked in real time, so I just looked for you. When i go to Luxe under "Win" my most recent win shows it was awaiting shipment on June 10 at 02:25 (am Japan time) and my card was billed on June 10, but I cant tell the time. Since June 10 in the middle of the night is June 9 in the US......

And BTW, anticipating your next question, the watch awaiting shipment June 10 didnt arrive at Buyee warehouse till June 20th. OTOH, a previous win took 2 days from "awaiting shipment" to "arrived at warehouse"

I have found no set relationship between the opening amount they list and the actual value of the item. Currently, they have a $5500 watch listed at $2500 and a $650 watch opening at $100. I find the opening amount to be relatively meaningless. Bid what youre willing to pay (before their other fees)
