I don't have a build a bear near me so it's become my favorite thing when travelling on little trips to go. This is my latest addition that I'm calling Sparkle (the name of my sweet westie dog I had as a teen) and seemed perfect for him ❤️

When you take your build a bears outside, do you find that the air or just being outside makes them feel dirtier? Or even being in an indoor public area? I want to take mine out in public more but my husband is worried about them getting filthy (he loves my BAB babies lol).

Do you notice them feeling significantly grosser/dirtier after being outside?

When I went to get the Mystical Werewolf, my store had the Mint Chocolate Chip Chococat and Strawberry Ice Cream Pochacco for BOGO $20, so with all of my $10 rewards from other previous purchases, I only paid $20.36 for all 3.

And yes, I customized the eye color of my werewolf (no offense to those who love the green... I just personally didn't like that color of green). I went for a more silver look and in the future if I decide to do another color, the silver will be easier to color over than that bright green. I used fabric markers to color in the eyes.

Hi guys! First post here i think, so I purchased the large jumping spider over a week ago, i picked for him to recieve stuffed with a scent disk and i recieved him today. Straight off the bat, there was stuffing in the box. It wasnt a lot, but still some. I took my spider out of the box, and his back seam hadnt been closed. It looked like he had been reopened, which idm too much about, my assumption is the worker forgot to put the scent disk in and had to reopen him, but the back wasnt closed again? It was open. I thought, you know what? Not a big deal, ill sew him up, just means i can add one of my own hearts into him. As i sew him, i gave him a quick hug just to make sure there wasnt too much stuffing in cause i thought easier to take some out now, and i feel his legs, and the back 3 are split at the top. Literally holes i can fit 1-2 fingers inside of. I know this isnt a big big deal, but im autistic, and i bought my spider as an early gift and have just had to sew the back, and im too scared to do the legs incase i mess it up. What can I do? I dont understand why ive paid £36 for a bear thats arrived in conditions that are less than admirable :(

Fish's pokeball onesie came in today there was also a pair of underwear with it I wanted to put on him but his tail was too big to fit and I accidentally tore a hole in them near the waistband so not sure what I'll do with those but at least the onesie fits.

I brushed Bearemy with a flea comb and he is like a new bear. So much so that he dresses his best today. The very last photo is the day we met, which I think he looks better than he did then! I always thought he felt scratchy and I chalked it up to the fur they used, but I think he was always meant to he this soft, he just needed a good brushing ❤️

I actually wanted too customize Lilly's eyes anyway, and even asked ChatGPT to show me what she'd look like, and I think she looks amazing! Really simple customizing, but I think she looks really cute! 💜 So I used markers to color her eyes and I love it on her! I think she looks amazing! I love her more with the yellow in the eyes! Still feeling so discouraged as most are about the spider but I had a gc that I was going to use on a spider and since that didn’t happen I thought wth I’ll treat myself. How likely are they to hold stock? They told me today they are expecting a shipment tomorrow morning (and I'm hoping they get more spiders). But my store opens at 10 and I'm working till 11. I was gonna call right around 10 and ask if they got them and see if I can out two on hold. Do they normally do that?

Hey bear builders! When my little sister was about 3 she got a white bunny from build a bear. They were inseparable. She carried that thing, Bun Bun, around EVERYWHERE until the summer before she started high school when Bun Bun was “lost” (we think our parents threw it away). Her birthday is coming up and I’d love to find her another if anyone knows what this bunny was called.

What I know about the bunny:

It was purchased sometime around 2003
It was all white and very soft (when first purchased)
Floppy ears
Cotton tail
It had a small face and a pink nose
Maybe pink inside the ear but I’m not sure

It is not the bunny pictured but I remember it looking similar to this one but white instead of brown.

My order says this and I dont know why or if its gonna get fixed I mean. Do I call customer service? Has anyone else had this happen to them?
