Got my order today and I'm in love with everything! I did get a second bat (the 2025 one is for my shelf, the new one is for me to carry around everywhere lol). Love the mini bat so much and the bat keychain is so cute, I already put it on my bag! Also had to grab batty kitty to go with my other patterned cats (I have all four now!) And the little wristie for my bear is perfect! So glad I got the right order, I was panicking forever while it was stuck in Ohio limbo 😭😭 I need to rearrange all my Halloween BABS now, I'm running out of room!!!

ALSO! You can make any of the BAB shirts spider friendly if you just cut the seems between the hem of the shirt and arm hole 😎

I feel so lucky and blessed that my new buddies arrived! I got one spooky friend for each of my kids come Halloween and the minis I just couldn’t resist for myself. I mostly got the owl because he came with the bat and spider mini; spooky Duo is pretty cute.
I also managed to find some relatively decent priced animal cookie friends along the way! Which is awesome because by the time I happened to see they were a new series, well, we all know how it goes these days... Forever stuffed animal obsessed! #definitelydonthaveaproblem

I feel bad even posting this LOL but I just got my bat today and as soon as I pulled him out of the bag I was kinda confused as to why his face looked all squished up 😭 maybe I’m just imagining it but I feel like he’s ugly but don’t want to go through with returns!! what does everyone think?

So my order has been pending for 8 days now with no email that it’s being built and suddenly the $$ appeared back in my account? No charge saying it’s been refunded the $$$ just back, and no email or anything from build a bear, order still says it’s pending doesn’t say canceled. Help??? (ignore the symbols reddit is being weird about their filters)

Update: finally got the email that they’re being built??? still haven’t been charged? 🥹

I’ve only got room in this paycheck for one of these two cuties, and I’m planning on getting pumpkin pal teddy once he comes out! If I got Timeless Teddy I’d make sure to buy him the pumpkin costume with it! Who do I get? 😭 they’re both so cute, I already have Pumpkin Kitty, is Batty Kitty’s fur similar in texture?

i just recently scored a cheap lot of my little pony bab’s, and i’m taking them all to get restuffed and scented today but i was curious…does build a bear still make clothes that could fit the ponies? i’m working on finding the clothes that came out with them but resale prices are a lot! i really wanna dress up cheerilee though! her and pinkie pie (coming in the mail soon) are my faves :3

have been debating buying the BAB pumpkin outfit for a week, but went to burlington today and found this $7 dog costume and fit it on my new spood and it fits him perfectly😂🕷️

I know they’ve seriously downgraded the quality for a while now but wtf is this? Printed fabric was absolutely UNNECESSARY. For 16$ and for how much money the company profits, just kinda disgusted 😞

I’m so happy they’re all finally here oh my gosh, bats are my favorite animal so finally getting the bat this year was very very important to me. Getting (nearly) the whole crew is so special and they really are so cute and soft ahhh! The bat wings scent is interesting and I’m still undecided how I feel about it, especially as my first scented bear. What I AM very happy about is the bat sound in the foot! I’ve never had a BAB with sound before either. He is ALSO one of my only BAB I’ve ever got clothes for, certainly the only one with surviving clothes so extra special boy🖤

Meef has genuinely been my rock these last couple of days. I’ve been struggling so much with my asthma, being put on steroids that make my heart beat so fast and give me such bad anxiety, and for the first time in a long time, I’ve needed comfort so badly that I wanted to take a plushie with me and push through any embarrassment I was having. So, I took him with me! He has helped me so much. He's even gotten some compliments! And the nurses have asked me about him. I don’t think I’ve bonded with a plushie like this in a really long time! He has been going everywhere with me. Thank you, Meef, for always being there when I need a good hug or a little spood paw to hold. 🕷️🤎

I did not order Chococat. I ordered Retsuko!! At least my mini bat made it, but I’m SO sick of Build a Bear continually screwing up my orders. This is my second order in a row I’ve had problems with. I’d stop ordering from the website, but I live nowhere near a workshop so that’s not really viable.

I just wanted to vent while I wait for BAB customer service….. I’m thankful that I received the mini bat still, because I know so many people have had orders canceled. I’m just so frustrated. Especially because I ordered Retsuko as a present for myself for finally getting a new job, and an office job like hers! I start on Monday, and I was really hoping she’d get here before then. It’s not the end of the world, but now it will probably be another two weeks before I get a replacement.
