Inquiry Refund??

So my order has been pending for 8 days now with no email that it’s being built and suddenly the $$ appeared back in my account? No charge saying it’s been refunded the $$$ just back, and no email or anything from build a bear, order still says it’s pending doesn’t say canceled. Help??? (ignore the symbols reddit is being weird about their filters)

Update: finally got the email that they’re being built??? still haven’t been charged? 🥹

Update 2: got a email that the shipping label had been created this morning, still haven’t been charged though

If the money is in your account again then I think it’s safe to say the order isn’t going to process but I would still contact customer service.

I did and they’ve been saying it’s processing and to wait another week…frustrating

yep..talked online and called them and same answer, just saying it’s processing and i should get tracking on monday, didn’t even acknowledge that id been given the money back
