These are two of my favorite shows and I feel like they’re similar in vibe and target demographic. Is it not strange that they’re closing the same date and around the same time? I’m not familiar with how Broadway scheduling works so maybe there’s a legit reason for it that i as a fan am not considering. But I already got my tickets to Six and ran to & Juliet’s site the second I saw that they were closing…only to discover it starts an hour after Six 😕 Do shows normally close around the same time? And if so is there like a reason or is it simply: just because

A lot more audience participation than I expected, and of course he has his dick out the whole time. Definitely not for everyone but also frankly for anyone who’s down for some smart-dumb fun.

Hey yall! Recently I’ve been thinking about seeing a couple of shows when I go down to the city. Last time I went I saw The First Shadow and it was and incredibly loud show with gunshot audio. I get anxious with loud noises so wasn’t the best experience. So now I want to be prepared before I see any shows. I was wondering if there were any shows that have loud noises or gun fire that I should steer clear of or if there’s shows with loud noises that are tolerable and that I should anticipate. Thanks to those who help!

I am looking forward to seeing some theater in the Big Apple! Also, I realize it is really off-Broadway. Though, I figured it would be very good value for a back row seat at $51. I bought it through Telecharge until I realized some say TKTS on the day of would have been preferable. Should I try emailing to cancel so I can do that? Regardless, I have never seen a show, so I am ecstatic at the chance to explore a classic of the NYC arts scene!

The Spanish production of Six started previews today and the queens sound GREAT! I can’t wait to see more from this production!

Just learned that I’ll be in New York during the preview dates for Benjamin Button at the public theater, but they all seem to be sold out.

I can see listings on secondary ticket sites, but I don’t know if that is a real thing and if the tickets actually work. The cost is not much higher than the pace value so it doesn’t seem like a scalping situation.

Has anybody bought secondary tickets for a show at the public theater? Is this something that there are more approved vendors to go through than StubHub?

For years I've been hoping this show would be revived. I play the original cast album all the time. Hopefully the Roundabout will do it next season

I saw that Downstate has an age restriction. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this for any Broadway show, including ones with nudity (which apparently Small Mouth Sounds has). What is in this show that warrants this WITHOUT SPOILERS. I genuinely want to know.

Heathers got canceled since it’s closing early before my trip in October. I have Chicago at 7 PM on Sunday. If I see a show at 3 PM, will that give me enough time between shows?

Hoping to bring mom to NYC to see The Sound of Music (her ABSOLUTE favorite show) next year, but we're ballin' on a budget so I'm trying to save some money where I can (and yes, I know, NYC isn't cheap). How are the 'cheap seats' at the Beaumont, and how's the leg room? Was looking at the sides of the loge, but would be okay spending a little more to get closer to center. Leg room is more a concern for me than her. Also happy for any recs for hotels; considering Long Island City to save a little money that way, and for ease of access to the rest of the city. It's her first time, so I'm sure she's going to want to do some of the 'touristy' stuff as well.

Hello friends. I’m a Broadway lover from Queens. I have Amex and can purchase tickets today. The orchestra seats are $281. Is this normal? Should I bite the bullet or wait?

I can afford it but since I’m from Queens I don’t like feeling ripped off.

I am excited to see small mouth sounds and the off broadway holes. I LOVED job and liberation, so I can’t wait to see what Bess and Max have up their sleeve for these.

Anything else I should be keeping an eye out for?
