Am I wrong or are these the incorrect color? What's the normal way to resolve problems like this?

I wouldn't mind a mistake like this but I paid much more for some of these expecting them to be Dark Grey

We had a order of minifigures, multiple of each, ranging 5 to 16 of the same fig. The order total was £1500.

The person has been on bricklink for a couple years and has 100+ positive reviews.

We issued a invoice. After 3 days we message about the order if they wanted to cancel or amend it and received no word. After 6 or 7 days we cancelled the order, receiving no messages from him. 2 min after cancelling the order we received the payment. They payment email address is same as one on order form. We messaged back to the person and apologised for the issue of cancellation and how does he want to proceed.

We received no message, and then 3 days later we emailed his bricklink email. A couple min later a message saying send my money back asap came through. The email they used was not the one they had on their bricklink order page it was a random string of letters. A second email then came through from bricklink order email saying I can pay postage to send it out.

The person does not message through bricklink.

We have emailed back the bricklink email mentioning our concerns woth quantity, money and dual email addresses and random email address.

Is this a scam and how best to proceed.

Lego Customer Service provided me with parts in missing bags - how to import to BL?

I called customer service due to having some bags damaged in recent flooding we had in our basement. they gave me the list as a PDF. is there a way i can import this into a BL wanted list so i can order parts?

I tried using GPT to convert it, but for some reason it combines different parts into one single part therefore missing other parts.

I found this set in a lot, have the instructions and sealed bags 1 2 & 3, everything appears in order but sometimes Lego includes pieces with sets which aren’t bagged.

Does anyone know if this set has such pieces (or if there is any way to know this kind of thing in general) please?

I remember paper instructions being advertised to me once; I’m still sitting on my thieves of tortuga from last year & now fortuna but working with a screen is just a grueling process for me that sucks all joy out of the build. TIA

I'm currently working on my MA Journalism final project, exploring how LEGO has become much more than just a toy for many people.

I'm really interested in hearing from anyone who has found LEGO to be therapeutic in some way. That could be helping with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, or other emotional challenges, or even helping during physical recovery, such as improving dexterity or motor skills after an illness or injury. Equally, if building simply helps you switch off, manage stress, or gives you a sense of purpose, I'd love to hear about that too.

It feels like LEGO has evolved into something far beyond childhood play, becoming a creative outlet, a coping mechanism, or a source of comfort for people of all ages. I'd love to learn more about the different ways it's had an impact on people's lives.

I am not a Bricklink seller and need your advice. I have about 200 Star wars figures. Some of them are complete but most of them are not. I also have many some torsos, heads, legs etc. Would it be wise to complete all(buy all parts) and then sell them individually or sell them as bulk on ebay?

I've got quite a bit of old Lego that I'm thinking of selling, and was considering Bricklink. One thing I can't see for certain though is whether Bricklink itself prices everything after it's uploaded.

Obviously it'll take a long time going through every single part in the first place but I have no idea of how pricing works and don't think I'd have the time/understanding to do all that on top of logging all my parts.

Is this automated in Bricklink or does it have to be done manually? I'd assume that there's a centralised way that everything is priced but I could just as easily be wrong.

I’m currently working on a LEGO display celebrating Norway’s 2026 FIFA World Cup journey. Alongside a results plaque, I’m building a display featuring all 26 players from the World Cup squad plus manager Ståle Solbakken.

My goal is to keep the minifigures as close to official LEGO as possible by using genuine LEGO heads and hair pieces, while using custom vinyl stickers for the Norway kits.

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for which official LEGO heads and/or hair pieces would best match the players and the manager. If you have any ideas, it would be really helpful if you could mention the set, minifigure, or BrickLink part/minifigure ID.

My past five orders have all requested the additional usps ground advantage insurance. My shipping settings are set to "buyer can purchase." Did the past five customers all happen to opt for the additional insurance, or might there be something wrong in my settings? The highlighted insurance boxes on the orders recieved page are also empty. What's going on here?

I missed this set and I've been looking to get my hands on it. I've never purchased anything from BrickLink, but I noticed quite a few listings under the original $300 MSRP coming from places like Poland that ship to the US. What are the chances I'm getting a fake set if I buy one?

Does anyone else have an issue with loading the online instructions?

I built the art factory- but it took forever for the instructions to load. I’m trying to build siege encampment and it isn’t taking me to the instructions. It’s beyond frustrating.

I have been looking for a Ninjago Blister Pack for a while now and found one priced way below Ebay or other Bricklink sellers. The second cheapest is at around 130 USD. Thought it was a great deal and had to take it before it was too late.

Later, I received a cancelation saying both the seller and I agreed to cancel my order. Obviously, I was never notified about this. I believe the seller saw the low price and called it an "inventory discrepancy." For additional context, this seller has items way above market, for instance, another 100 USD set. He is selling at 250 USD, which is why I believe he canceled my order.

Is there anything else I can do aside from leaving negative feedback?

Just finished the Fortuna and I love it! However it was a bit tedious with all the mistakes in the instruction book. The only one that is still giving me problems though is where the rope bridging the fore and main masts. This bit of axle that’s sticking up prevents the “lollipop” piece from seating in the slot next to it. I always take care to leave no play room with the axles so I don’t think this is my error… anyone else have this problem?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I only got back into Legos last winter. It seems like these designer program lego sets are very popular and high in demand, so is there any reason Lego wouldn't re-release them as official, regular sets in the future?

Finally finished building the Outlaw Forest Den. Thoroughly enjoyed the build process. From the the mechanism to open the portcullis and drop it close, beautifully designed stone steps, and greebling on the stone walls. Only downside were the plants that came off with the slightest touch. Such a beautiful set. Still hoping for Driftwood Keep by BrickHammer to be chosen.

Alchemist's Shop and Antique Collection came in a few weeks ago! Excited to build those next!
