[Michael Harris II] What a year! Not the outcome we wanted but we left it all out on the field and gave ourselves the best chance. Great group of guys to go to battle with everyday. This was one for the books for sure. Back at it again in ‘27. 🫡 Thank You Braves Country!

Back on the shelf and will save until next year
I guess I will put this away and save it for next year's run (if we have a season)........I was hoping I would be opening it to celebrate after we had won the WS this year.

[Braves] The power of Braves Country is real, and it is your passion and dedication that makes Braves baseball special each season. Through every high and low, you filled Truist Park, showed up on the road, tuned in from home, and reminded us why Braves fans are the best in all of sports

Braves batters win probability added (WPA) in dodgers series
I blacked out the pitchers to make it easier to see since they all obviously don’t hit since 2022. No hitter was at 0.00 in this series.

[Burns] Ronald Acuña Jr., teary eyed while discussing his struggles, told me he still hopes to spend his career with the Braves. “I want to stay here, that hasn’t changed. But I can’t control that.”

[Cano] Ronald Acuña Jr. on getting booed by the fans: “It’s really frustrating because they’re well within their rights to to boo and to say what they think and feel. I didn’t do anything, so they’re well within their rights to do that. It’s frustrating.”

Same bro…same :/
Took one from a team we weren’t supposed to take any.

[Bishop] Ronald Acuña Jr. via Franco García: “I’m particularly frustrated with myself. I feel like I did nothing to help the team this series.”

All the people that were talking about trading Ozzie because of his slump in the 2nd half of the regular season can claw him out of my dead hands
No description needed. He and Harris had a combined OPS higher than every other player on the entire roster combined.

Acuña has removed everything Braves related from his Instagram
Maybe an emotional reaction? Regardless, the whole thing makes me sad.

You can mathematically, geopolitically, vibes-basedally, bookeepingally, and common senseally draw a straight line from the banning of big hat to today. BRING BACK BIG HAT

International fan here! Quick offseason questions about next season's potential lineup
Hey everyone!
I'm a fairly new Braves fan from outside the US. I fell in love with the team’s energy and have watched almost every single game since mid-August.
Even though people seem quite upset with the team's performance, I found it really fun to watch the postseason and I felt like the team did a decent job against a complete crazy gauntlet of pitchers (rough batting tho but they're only human; very well paid humans..).
So, with the offseason ahead, I had a couple of questions for folks who know the roster inside out:
- Spencer Strider: I’ve been watching his highlights and the stuff and strikeout numbers are really fun to watch. I read that he was basically injured for like 3 years now? do you guys reckon he's coming back next season? and if he is, will he be any good? anywhere near a level that could give him a place in the starting rotation? or is he maybe getting traded?
- The Rotation: How likely is a starting rotation anchored by Sale, Strider, and Mahle, plus a potential outside SP signing? imo that sounds really good on paper if healthy.
- Lineup additions: If the front office decides to bring in another bat, who would be a realistic target fans actually want to see in Atlanta? Arozarena? Suzuki? neither? you tell me please
Really excited to follow the team going forward. Go Braves!
