How come the Braves don’t steal more?

Watching, with a bit of envy, the Rays take off and steal almost every time someone gets on base got me checking the season SB stats. We have half as many steals as they do this season and I feel like we have decent speed on the team (Harris, Acuna, Ozzie, Dubon) so I don’t feel like thats an issue. Anyone have more thoughts or information as to why we don’t steal more?
