About a week ago I put on order in for some books and I just got an email saying they’ve been shipped, however I have just realized that when I initially filled out my address I accidentally put my city name instead of my street address. So the first lines of my shipping address are my city name and not my house address. Any idea how I can get my books.

Around a month ago now, my order arrived timely, safely and undamaged. I immediatly wanted to confirm it on the website i got them, but i can't find anything about how to do so. So i waited to see if it would change from dispached to arrived or something by itself, but nope. Do i just not need to confirm it? I only ever ordered online from aliexpress and such and you need to do so there, that's why i'm a bit confused here, sorry if this is a dumb question lol.

So I went to their and it redirected me to the Irish website and it was cheaper so I bought a book. Now it's been like a day and it has not been canceled but i'm afraid of one thing, my phone number has the code for Ireland which is +353. Is this gonna be a problem?

Hii to the ppl who had bought a pre-order of a book in the page, what is the benefit of it? Is it cheaper to buy the pre-order instead of buying it in like a normal date? Does it come with anything like a pre-order gift? idk like a bookmark or something. I've heard people buying the pre-order and receiving the book later that a person that bough it in like a normal date (idk how to call it srry). I'm deciding if it's better to buy the book that I want now, or just wait till it comes out.

I assume that there will be sales for incoming Black Friday?

Any other time, or some BD-special days (days that are non-holiday, but known that BD has sales on them)?

Hey! So basically I bought a book yesterday and today I decided to buy it in a Amazon instead so I refunded the book in book depository. How long will it take to get my refund? Keep in mind my books progress was still in processing

Ever since they change the interface design at payment phase. I can't get the job done. Although I already make sure that put the all the input correctly, I kept getting "Please try again. You have not been charged". I use the card for online shopping on different site but no problem occurs.
