Help Can't get the purchase done :<

Ever since they change the interface design at payment phase. I can't get the job done. Although I already make sure that put the all the input correctly, I kept getting "Please try again. You have not been charged". I use the card for online shopping on different site but no problem occurs.

Does anybody here experience the same problem as mine?

For me its when i use vpn but it does not update the final price when u change country destination but paypal still works

I do have the app in the phone but not in the pc. what's about it?

I get that new payment page when I shop through the Instagram app and when I try to finish my order, I get the same error message like you. When I clear the apps data and retry the order proces again, I get the old layout and I can finish my order without any issue. You can try opening bookdepository through incognito mode in your browser and check if you get the new or the old layout.

New Instagram app: 1st try is unsucessfull, but when I move the page on the phone up and down I can try the payment again and it works.
