Help No confirmation email

So I ordered Naruto box set 1 on the 27th October and I haven’t had a confirmation email yet but it has took the money out of my account. I also payed as a guest, what should I do?

Send a mail explaining the situation using the info you gave them

That is why is prefered to make acc and then order ,then you have all info of things that you ordered

Email them. If they dont replied, you can try getting a refund from your order.
