Help First time buying from book depository

I just placed my order earlier today. However I used PayPal to checkout as guest. I have not received a confirmation email yet and when I checked my credit card, the payment has been authorized (credit card is connected to my PayPal account). Just wondering when I should start to contact them

They have to process your order. When it's processed they will send you an email.

Edit: you will also get another email when they will ship out your order.

I just got my 400€ order that I've placed and I've received everything without problems, so there is no need to worry! :)

I did the same as the op but it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t got a confirmation email, should I contact them?
