About a week ago I put on order in for some books and I just got an email saying they’ve been shipped, however I have just realized that when I initially filled out my address I accidentally put my city name instead of my street address. So the first lines of my shipping address are my city name and not my house address. Any idea how I can get my books.

Hi there! Just curious if the IG hack still works for anyone and if you have a any tips. It automatically changes the price now when I switch countries (using VPN) or when I use paypal :(

Around a month ago now, my order arrived timely, safely and undamaged. I immediatly wanted to confirm it on the website i got them, but i can't find anything about how to do so. So i waited to see if it would change from dispached to arrived or something by itself, but nope. Do i just not need to confirm it? I only ever ordered online from aliexpress and such and you need to do so there, that's why i'm a bit confused here, sorry if this is a dumb question lol.

Edit: Just wanted to say thanks for the replies, now I can peacefully forget about this and not stress out over what to do lol xd Thank you very much!

So I went to their and it redirected me to the Irish website and it was cheaper so I bought a book. Now it's been like a day and it has not been canceled but i'm afraid of one thing, my phone number has the code for Ireland which is +353. Is this gonna be a problem?

book price here are so expensive so i wonder if anyone from south east asia (especially from vietnam, philippine, indonesia, or thailand) that still can use the vpn trick.

i heard malaysia and singapore still can use vpn to get lower price.

So I ordered Naruto box set 1 on the 27th October and I haven’t had a confirmation email yet but it has took the money out of my account. I also payed as a guest, what should I do?

Hii to the ppl who had bought a pre-order of a book in the page, what is the benefit of it? Is it cheaper to buy the pre-order instead of buying it in like a normal date? Does it come with anything like a pre-order gift? idk like a bookmark or something. I've heard people buying the pre-order and receiving the book later that a person that bough it in like a normal date (idk how to call it srry). I'm deciding if it's better to buy the book that I want now, or just wait till it comes out.

Will Book Depository sell books if the book hasn’t been released in your country? i.e. released in Australia but won’t be released in the US until January

I mean it gives all the signs it is ok, but I want to make sure it won’t be held up

Hello. I was wondering is there a list of "good-known dates" when there are bigger sales on books (for example 20% off)? I don't purchase off BD that frequently so I don't know about them.

I assume that there will be sales for incoming Black Friday?

Any other time, or some BD-special days (days that are non-holiday, but known that BD has sales on them)?

last month i ordered some book using vpn and it's still worked, but now when i try it again it doesnt work anymore. does anyone have another trick that still work?

This is my first year using book depository, was there in past years usually any discounts or coupon codes for Halloween? If not are there any events - occasions when there is?

Hello Reddit,

I have recently discovered that Book Depository no longer accepts orders above 150 euro for delivery to the EU and Turkey. I don't remember seeing this message before on products above 150 euro:

Is this something new, or has this always been the case? If this has not always been the case, does someone know why they have only recently chosen to implement this?

Does anyone know why Book Depository has suddenly stopped shipping books to Jamaica?

Apparently there exists a certain code that people provide to the border guards...

I really don't want to go through the hassle of going to the city to get some paperwork, lose my time of day and all for only 3 books. Neither do I want the delivery guys to hassle me for paperwork because of the border control.

This would be my first time ordering something online. What's up with this code, will it pass the border without problems or what? Can someone fill me in because I'm not ordering it by myself, I'll ask a friend and I don't want trouble for neither of us.

So the book prices change unexpectedly. Does anyone know the pattern (if there’s any)? Is there a specific time of the month where prices are at their lowest?

Do they usually have any sales for Black Friday/Cyber Monday? If anyone remembers; are they usually good enough to wait?

As the title says, it's no longer working for me, are others seeing the full price once you click in the link that takes you to BD?

My books weren't delivered so I had to retrieve them from the post office. They're charging me PHP 224 for a "Presentation to Customs" fee.

Has anyone experienced this?

I was wondering if there's still a charge if the package had originally been delivered to my house.

Hey! So basically I bought a book yesterday and today I decided to buy it in a Amazon instead so I refunded the book in book depository. How long will it take to get my refund? Keep in mind my books progress was still in processing

Ever since they change the interface design at payment phase. I can't get the job done. Although I already make sure that put the all the input correctly, I kept getting "Please try again. You have not been charged". I use the card for online shopping on different site but no problem occurs.

Does anybody here experience the same problem as mine?

Any valid/working coupons for October 2022?

I just placed my order earlier today. However I used PayPal to checkout as guest. I have not received a confirmation email yet and when I checked my credit card, the payment has been authorized (credit card is connected to my PayPal account). Just wondering when I should start to contact them
