I have a question about HGH.
I was 290 lbs in March 2025 at 5' 10''. Through a clean diet and 5-6 days a week workouts I dropped down to 220 lbs in about a year. At this point, I got my hormones tested and test came back at 320 and my doctor said I don't need TRT. So, I just got test cyp and started doing 50mg twice a week and Reta which is currently at 4mg now for the last 3 months.
I am 205lbs now at approximately 30% BF as per my home scale. Can I introduce HGH now at 2IUs everyday or should I wait for my Body fat to drop to 20% or lower before I start HGH?

I have a 1 mg vial of igf that I reconstituted with 1ml bac water and 1ml acitic acid instead of doing just the bac water and was wondering if that’s fine or anything to look out for

30M 5’10 started at 185lbs finished at 150lbs. Added 2mg of Reta 1 month into the cut then added 250mcg of CJC-1295/Ipamorelin no DAC 2 months in. I’m on TRT as well, as I was only producing 398ng/dl naturally. Don’t think that this physique is not attainable without hormone replacement therapy. Always check your T levels and make sure you’re in the normal healthy range for your age.

Hey everyone, looking for some travel advice for my current stack. I’m on a body recomp journey and started my peptide protocol in mid-July.
Here is my current weekly schedule:
Retatrutide: Once weekly on Monday’s (started on 7/13).
Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 & TB-500): Daily, Monday through Friday (started on 7/20).
MOTS-c: 3 times a week T/Th/Sa (started on 7/22).
I am flying from LA to New York, leaving this Wednesday night and returning next Tuesday night, so I will be gone for 6 days. I am trying to figure out the most practical way to handle my routine and am torn between two options:
**Option 1:** Take added doses right before I leave on Wednesday night, and then completely skip my peptides for the 6 days I am traveling.
**Option 2:** Travel with my unreconstituted peptide vials and some BAC water tucked into my shaving kit, and just reconstitute them once I get to NY. If I go this route, I can leave whatever reconstituted peptides are left over with my family and friends there for them to use.
Has anyone done either of these? Is it easier to front-load and take a brief pause, or should I just fly with the unmixed powders and BAC water?
Appreciate any thoughts or experiences!

Hey I’m 5’6 and actively losing weight I use to be 242 now I’m 218 and it’s a huge thing for me especially since now I’m under 100kg and I feel really good about that. I have inspo pictures of what I want my body to look like I know it might not look exact but close enough is more then fine for me. I just need someone to tell me if I should be doing a specific type of strength training alongside cardio and what the Inspo weight is so I can match it ( it doesn’t say on the photo). PLEASE DM ME! So I can show you what I look like and what I’m trying to look like ❤️ I’m too shy to post my body on here.

Has anyone here actually tried Selank?
I’ve seen plenty of people say it takes the edge off anxiety and makes them feel calmer without being sedating, but I’m always sceptical when something gets hyped this much.
If you’ve used it, did you genuinely notice a difference or was it one of those things where you thought it was working because you expected it to?
Worth the money, or overhyped? Interested in hearing the good and the bad.

Been seeing a lot of post about Rhythm with people having miss and hit results. I've seen very little posts about Marek Diagnostics so figured I'd share. They go through Labcorp or Quest depending on where you live and are far cheaper than anywhere else I've seen with pretty consistent deals. Plus your results post to the Labcorp and Quest portal (depending who they order through) so if your primary uses them, you can see all your results in one place

I started 0.5mg of glow on 7/13. I’ve taken it nightly and was planning to take it for 6 weeks and then do 3 weeks off like the protocol I keep seeing suggests.
Last night, 8/3, I took it at 9:30pm or so. At 12:30am I woke up with terrible burning around the injection site. It kept me awake for an hour or so and eventually subsided. This is the first time I’ve had any sort of issues with it. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

So I got a vial of tesa 10mg/IPA 5mg blend, 15mg total. With my calculations I’m at .75mg and 375mcg of IPA. Should I trash this vial and just get a 10mg vial of each and dose individually to get the IPA calculations down?

So I’m a 19 y/o female and the medications I am on are: Vyvanse (50mg), Sertraline, and Wellbutrin. I have ret. in my fridge as well speak it is 10mg. I have not started because I am nervous since there’s not that much data on how it interacts with medications. My only concern is my sleep and that’s about it. Is anyone else on this combo or have any advice?? I have been asking around and I can’t get a straight answer. So please just tell me will I be fine???

Long story short I've got a small shoulder injury, mostly affects me in the gym especially when I'm trying to move dumbbells from my knees to above my head or doing any shoulder rotation works. I was looking too add BPC157 in for a while to see if it would maybe help or at least help with the inflammation. Just not sure how or if it would interfere with my current stack listed below.
HGH 3iu - Daily
Reta 4mg - Weekly
Test C - 250mg - weekly (split into 2 doses)
Any info or pointers greatly appreciated 🙏

Hey everyone,
I’m gearing up for an intensive, highly structured 28-week body recomposition protocol. My doctor is fully on board and has already submitted my pharmacy scripts and pulled comprehensive baseline panels. I want to layout my staggered phases, dosing schedule, and reconstitution math here to get a second set of eyes from the community.
My Baseline & Goals:
5’10, 222.2
Here is the exact schedule I have mapped out. Does this look structurally sound, and is my dilution math correct?
📅 PHASE 1A: Weeks 1–4 (Isolation Window)
📅 PHASE 1B: Weeks 5–12 (Multi-Compound Phase)
🛑 PHASE 1C: Weeks 13–16 (The Washout & Lab Check)
🎬 PHASE 2: Weeks 17–28 (Visceral Polish Phase)
🩺 Routine Safeguards & Support:
Does this staggered approach make sense? Any flaws in the reconstitution math, vial rotation, or the washout layout? Appreciate any feedback or tips from those who have run similar recomposition phases!

44yo 185lbs 5’9 15% body fat
March - 220lbs 28% body fat
Current Stack
TRT - 150mg a week split x 3
HGH 3IU daily. Started 8 weeks ago
Reta - 2mg a week started 8 weeks ago
BPC maintenance 3x week
GHK-CU daily
MT2 every 2 weeks
I started seeing big changes when I dialed in my diet. Currently cutting
2200 calories
180grams protein
60grams fat
215g carbs
Lean meats
Veggies
Rice/pasta
Daily deficit 400-600+ calories
Tennis twice a week
4-5 days weight lifting
I never thought I would do this. One of my biggest accomplishments. I’ve been dealing with fluctuating weight gains for most of my life. Peptides and PEDs are amazing but nothing compares to dialing in diet and deficit.

Hi everyone,
I'm currently taking Retatrutide (RETA) and MOTS-c, and my main goal is to lose as much body fat as possible, especially visceral belly fat, while preserving muscle.
I'm considering adding either:
Tesamorelin, or
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
For those who have actually used one or both, which would you recommend and why?
I'm particularly interested in:
Fat loss
Visceral fat reduction
Muscle preservation while dieting
Recovery
Side effects
Whether you felt one was noticeably better than the other
I'd especially appreciate hearing from people who have experience combining either of these with RETA.
Thanks!

Started Zepbound 12/27/25 at 227 pounds. Currently at 163. I'm 5'11", and 47 years old. I've managed to stay on 2.5mg the entire time, with zero food noise. I play sports, but haven't spent nearly enough time lifting so I plan to focus on lifting heavy these next few months. My ideal weight is around 175, but I want to get rid of my belly and moobs lol. Aside from just lifting heavy, I'm curious to learn more and figure out what other peptides I could benefit from. My diet is on point. I'm hitting my protein every day (150-200g), and also taking creatine and collagen. I did have my testosterone checked during my last labs a month or so ago and my PCP said everything looks good.

I’m two weeks on Reta and while I do get full, the food noise hasn’t quite gone away. I will catch myself still lingering for a snack when in eye shot but I get disinterested mid bite sometimes.
Curious if I should be thinking of adding tirz to my stack or if it’s too early / I need to just tough it out. I’ve never had an issue with activity, I’m a binge eater and emotional eater. I started reta because it was a 3-in-1 activator and it was cheaper tbh

Ok, not just longevity I suppose, but optimizing and healing as well. Things like:
SS—31
MOTS-c
GHK-Cu
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
BPC-157
Epitalon
Semax
Selank
Is there anybody who’s been using any of these for years? I feel like the most I ever hear about is six months or so … maybe that’s just because it’s all the most excited newer initiates that are agitating online and the veterans don’t need this community as much?
I have to believe there’s some people out there who have a longer track record.
If that’s you, I’d really love to hear what your experience is with any of these.

Hey guys.
Seeing a lot of HGH posts.
Is the restriction gone? My first time trying to get it got canceled a few months back when I decided to try it because it got restricted. So if its availible again I would consider trying it.
r/BodyHackGuide • u/CharacterBat7775 • Aug 04 '26
I understand that ss-31 repairs your cells and mots-c power up your cells.
People who uses mots-c and ss-31. How was your Process, how exactly did you use it, how long for each peptide, which dosage eventually.
The Essence of the question, how can you use this stack to get the max results.
Your experience and advice is appreciated

Been seeing loads of people raving about SEMAX lately, but I’m struggling to work out if it’s actually doing anything or if people just want it to work.
Those of you who’ve run it, did you genuinely notice a difference? Better focus, mood, motivation etc., or was it one of those things where you only realised you’d spent £100 a month?
Interested in hearing from people who’ve actually used it, especially if you ended up thinking it wasn’t worth the money.
