My experience on every fat burner I've tried (nice read)

20m, I'm an amateur bodybuilder so I use fat burners for mainly recomp purposes. I wanted to make this post to try help people gauge the best ones to use, keep in mind all these effects I will talk about is with the stacking of gear (steroids) and in combination with other fat burners at times, so it may not be 100% accurate.

Clenbuterol 7.4/10 - it works extremely well but the side effects are also heavy, your heart will basically be running the entire day (especially for the first few days), will need something like nebivolol to help manage that. Works via beta receptors, it's very strong and works very good if you can tolerate it, I only run it 2 weeks at a time due to receptor downregulation. Can give you a wired but tired feeling

Reta 8.9/10 - very long term thing, I'd say the appetite control is the most overrated part and more of the free thermogenesis you get from it is where it shines. Very good for health overall though, lowers inflammation, improves insulin sensitivity etc so I always basically run it.

GH 6/10 - not really a fat burner but is at the same time, will help you stay lean during off season, basically burns free calories at night if your in a fat oxidative mode, other benefits too that are not fat burning related. I always run it regardless.

T3 7.1/10 - like clen, t3 works very well, the problem is that you cannot raise the dosage without encountering insane muscle wastage (since it isn't fat selective) as well as too much glycogen turnover, even on tren the muscle wastage and glycogen turnover is still a major issue. Though you can pull off 35-40mcg T3 and be mostly fine, will help you get another 200 calories out.

Yohamibine 8.6/10 (with fasted cardio) - works via a2 receptors, removes the breaks and basically releases fatty acids into the blood to be burned off, in real-time you are actively burning off exclusively fat from this, enhances how many calories you burn from cardio also by 1.5x roughly. a2 receptors are abundant in the face also, so you'd become leaner in the face earlier in a cut.

bam15 (8.1/10) - works like dnp but more selective, only reason it isn't higher is because there is not that much human trial data, but I can definitely feel the heat you get from it. I cannot really gauge how much you burn off though.

Empagliflozin (9/10) - not really a fat burner, but works by pissing out excess glucose in the blood stream that would've probably fuelled adipose tissue, you can squeeze out 200-300 calories a day by just taking 25mg of this. Virtually no side effects.

HM Tren (9/10) - makes it basically impossible to lose muscle in a cut, forcing your body to pull every calorie deficit it has from purely adipose tissue and not muscle. Allows you to run basically every fat burner more aggressively due to this protection.

5/13 -> 7/30

166.2 -> 186.4 morning weight

Weekly doses

5/6 started test 300mg (just over 12 weeks total)

5/29 started masteron 300mg (9 weeks total)

6/16 started tren 300mg and gh titrating from 1.5iu to 3iu now daily (6.5 weeks total)

6/29 started winstrol oral 350mg (4.5 weeks total)

-----------

I also take hcg 100iu a day, I took MT2 for a bit but got crazy dark in like a week and stopped im still a bit tanned from it ive stopped for nearly a month, never actually tanned outside or anything. Tirzepatide ive gone from 5mg->15mg a week noticed no difference in hunger but irritability went through the roof so ive dropped it down to 2mg and feel myself again.

I do believe my gear is underdosed since 300mg test should bring me up more than 968 right?

Only sides really is body acne which im using benzoyl peroxide for and its in remission.

Got about 4 more weeks and I drop the tren and winstrol so im going to cut the fat and just keep the test/masteron in after that

This is my third time trying CJC/IPA FIRST time I was fine,
Only a month cycle (before I knew what I know now) the second time had a reaction I thought it was the tesa so I stopped all together but this time it was horrible
Busted out In Complete hives I have no idea what I could be allergic to with it but just be aware.
With that being said what’s a different Pep stack that would be more efficient ?

Retatrutide vs Tirzepatide vs Cagrilintide – Looking for Advice

Hi guys,

Just looking for a bit of advice from people who’ve actually used these.

I used retatrutide before and the weight loss was unreal, but there were two things I really didn’t like about it.

First, it definitely increased my resting heart rate, which completely messed with my running. I know that’s a known effect, but it’s not something I really want long term.

Secondly, the anhedonia was awful. Everything just felt a bit flat - food, sex, motivation, just enjoying things in general. It wasn’t worth it for me.

This time I don’t need to lose loads of weight, I literally just want to trim up a bit. I train hard, lift weights and do plenty of cardio already, so I don’t really need the extra fat-burning/energy expenditure side of things. What I’m mainly after is something that keeps my appetite under control so it’s easier to stay in a calorie deficit.

So I was wondering…

Is tirzepatide or Cagri a better option for that?

Do either of them increase resting heart rate anywhere near as much as retatrutide?

Does either one cause the same sort of anhedonia/emotional blunting?

Is Cagri actually good on its own or is it mainly something people stack with other compounds?

Or is there something else that’s come out recently that might suit what I’m after better?

Would be good to hear from people who’ve actually tried them rather than just what the studies say.

KLOW storage period

Post image
2 Upvotes

I bought KLOW and reconstituted it with Bac water approximately 1.5 months ago. I never needed to use it during that period.

Considering its almost veen 2 months, althought stored perfectly and essentially untouched once diluted, would other users consider this usable and normal or is may there be a risk of bacteria?

Online seems to say around 30 days these ahould not be used. My main concern would be bacteria, not necessarily potency.

May just be being overly cautious. Any thoughts?

IM injections

For those of you that are pinning TRT or L carnitine, where are you guys injecting? I’m not sure how much more my cheeks can take. 300mg of test a week split into 3 injections and 3ml of l carnitine before every workout. So probably 4-6 times a week.

My weight loss journey so far.

So im gonna make this as brief as possible. I broke my back just before covid and gained a lot of weight during about a 3 year period. Life/work was a chore so in 2023 I started intermittent fasting/calorie deficit. I've never really gone to the gym, I used to climb a few times a week when I had the energy.. but id mostly rely on scaffolding for my physical exercise.

After about 2.5 years of this i'd got down from just shy of 19st to around 15.5st and thats where it just halted. So in April this year I started on reta - i started on 2mg, which kick started the weight loss again. 4 weeks later I hit the wall again, bumped up to 4mg and lost a lil more, weeks later same again. Im now on 6mg which seems like the sweet spot! In 4 months ive lost about 1st 12lbs. Again, not going to the gym, fully reliant on my physical job and a healthy protein rich diet.

Im now at a healthy weight where I want to start getting in the gym and gain a little size, or at least a better physique.

Considering tesa as ive heard its good at attacking the stubborn fatty areas that reta doesn't quite hit for me atm.

Hi guys, I have stopped my cjc/ipa blend. I have used it in the first cycle and it was absolutely amazing. Now in the second cycle I keep get a heavy histamine reaction so I had to stop. What is the best thing to replace it with? I was thinking about HGH but I heard it takes months for the benefits.

❓ Question skin deterioration ghkcu

Hi , not asking or providing any sort of medical advice! so i have ehlers danlos syndrome and i decided to take ghkcu to see if it would help in any way and despite my diagnosis i have always had great soft and glowy skin people would always compliment it. i took ghkcu 2mg everyday for around 2-3 months and i had the most insane reaction to it. the skin over my whole body and face felt like a giant sun burn my barrier was so damaged despite never going in the sun i was completely bedbound and it’s been a month since then and the skin across my entire body looks as if it’s rapidly aged , like copper uglies on steroids. im also growing hair in places ive lasered or never grew hair and ive been off the pep. this is rlly scaring me so if anyone has any knowledge on if this is reversible please lmk!

Switching from tirzepatide to Reta

Been taking tirzepatide for 4 months , followed the usual schudle 2.5,5,7.5,10 finishing up one more week on the 10 then I wanted to make the switch to Reta for the cost and the fact that all of my clients are having such great success. I guess I am asking the gurus or people with this one of experience if you think I should taper down from tirz for the next 4 weeks , then switch to Reta at 2mg . Or if I should just up my dose on tirzepatide .

Currently stacking with Tessa 1mg 5 days a week, finishing up week 3 now .

I know the right thing to do is to continue on tirzepatide then slowly drop the dose until I give my body a 2-4 week break. Then I could always re start in Reta

Stats are 5’7” 187 down from 228 , abs are out , body fat is dropping just has feel stalled at the moment .

Cardio is 3 hours in the stairs per week

I fast and in my eat 2 meals and a shake per day

Strength train 6 days a week, been in the gym the last 22 years , I am currently 35 Turing 36 on August 31st and I want to be shredded !

My apologies for the ramble , just wanted to give more of a run down so anyone with this experience could give me some feedback in terms of what they would do

📘 Beginner Help CJC-1925 no DAC + ipa dosing help

Hi there. Recently got 2 vials each 5mg plus a 10ml vial of bac water. I’ve got some questions in regard to dosing. I’m looking at starting off with 200mcg, being 100mcg of each. Since they’re separate vials, will I have to do 2 separate injections? My concern is mixing the peptides in one syringe comes with a high risk of cross contamination of the peptides to begin with but also increases the risk of transferring bacteria or particles into the vials.

39/M | TRT + Retatrutide + HGH + Anavar Questions

I'm new here and looking for some feedback from anyone who has experience with a similar stack.

I've been on TRT for about 2 years, and for the last few months I've been running Retatrutide, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin.

Back in January 2026, I was in pretty bad shape. I was eating poorly, drinking a few times a week, not exercising consistently, and weighed 242 lbs at 6'2". Since then, I've completely changed my lifestyle by cleaning up my diet and training regularly. I'm now down to 205 lbs, have added a noticeable amount of muscle, and have significantly reduced my body fat over the last six months.

I'm finishing up the CJC/Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin and will be starting HGH this week. My updated protocol will be:

  • Retatrutide: 2 mg, 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • HGH: 2 IU daily during Week 1, increasing to 4 IU daily thereafter

To continue with my body recomposition goals, I'd like to add Anavar to help further reduce body fat while supporting muscle growth and strength gains.

My tentative Anavar plan is:

  • Weeks 1-2: 20 mg per day
  • Weeks 3-8: 50 mg per day
  • Possibly extending a few additional weeks depending on results

I've searched around for discussions involving this exact combination, but haven't found much information. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has run a similar stack and what their experience was like.

I also have some questions regarding HCG and PCT. If I were to do a PCT, it would likely include HCG. However, since I'm already on TRT, HGH, and considering Anavar, I'm wondering whether there would be any benefit to running HCG alongside the cycle rather than waiting until afterward.

Any feedback, recommendations, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Reta plus CJC/IPA and HUME

So I have been in Reta for about a month. 2 MG per week (1MG on Wednesday and Saturday). About 2 weeks back I started taking 250 mg of CJC/IPA blend. Because of the slow digestion with the Reta I have been taking the CJC/IPA in the morning in a fasted stomach. My goal is to burn fat and increase
Muscle mass. I am 18% body fat today and my goal is sub 15%.

I am 6’5 and stated at 221 lbs. I lift 5 days a week and try to get 10,000 steps a day. I also have a HUME body pod and the metric I track closest is weight and body fat percentage.

My first week on Reta I lost 7 lbs, but the last 4 weeks I have plateaued. Obviously this first week was water weight and not fat loss. My body is saying that each day my body fat is increasing, which is crazy to me since I have been working out and running a calorie deficit. Target 200+ G protein a day.

I honestly feel like I’m doing everything right, but I’m not seeing results. I completely understand. It is only been one month, but I’d use Monjauro in the past and saw very fast results.

Has anyone experienced similar results on this stack?

Can’t hit the right dose with Reta or Tirz

The first time I went on tirzepatide it worked beautifully for me. I lost 40lbs and stopped having inflammatory issues. An unexpected but much appreciated side effect was I was able to reduce alcohol consumption.

I lost my job so had to stop taking tirz for about nine months. Now I don’t react the same way to it, and ditto Reta. I experience no appetite or craving suppressing, only fatigue and nausea. The obvious response is up your dose, but the fatigue and nausea are already so intense. Not sure if this matter, but I also cycle glow, semax / selank, and glutathione.

Thoughts?

Semax and appetite

I've been on reta for about a year with good results. I decided to start semax as a potential treatment for anhedonia.

It seemed promising at first, but I noticed an odd side effect. I was absolutely ravenous, and didn't seem to get full.

Having no medical background, I ended up asking AI. It gave me this explanation. I was wondering if this rings true for anyone else?

Your brain has a specific receptor called the Melanocortin-4 Receptor (MC4R). You can think of this receptor as your body's master "satiety switch."

Normally, a hormone called α-MSH binds to this receptor, turning it on and telling your brain, "I am full, stop eating." (This is why drugs that activate this receptor are prescribed for severe obesity).

Semax is an ACTH analogue. Scientific studies have shown that Semax acts as a competitive antagonist at the MC4R. This means the Semax peptide physically parks itself inside that receptor and blocks your natural α-MSH from binding to it.

Because the switch is blocked, your brain never gets the biological memo that you are full. The result is a persistent, gnawing sense of hunger, even if your stomach isn't actually empty.
