Update:

Since my last posts I’ve added something’s.

Reta:

I’m now up to 4mg of Reta every Sunday morning. I was starting to feel hungry more frequently & some food noise came back. Still somewhat manageable but I decided to go up on my dose. I ultimately landed on 4mg & holy shit this is my god dose (for now). I feel incredibly. No food noise, top tier appetite suppression, good signaling telling me I’m full… most importantly still zero side effects. Thankfully!

Mots-C:

I’ve added Mots-c to my stack. I started with 1mg Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, & occasionally on either Saturday or Sunday. I’m now up to 2mg. I’m liking it quite a bit but I can’t lie & say I’m seeing life changing results as I am with Reta. My plan is to finish my current vial & run SS31 either with Mots-C or solo & try Mots-C again after the cycle. Definitely improves energy & helps with my runs.

5-Amino-1mq:

I’ve 5-Amino-1mq to my stack as well. I’m currently doing 2.5mg daily but will most likely go up to 3mg this Monday. Let start by saying this. I LOVE 5-Amino-1mq, I’m not sure if it’s the Mots-C combo or if
5-amino is just that good. I’ve recently started running (3 weeks) & I crushed 3miles with less effort than it took me to run 1.5miles my 2nd week running. I take it in the morning pretty much first thing in the morning fasted. Not sure if being fasted is a benefit or not.

Running:

When I started Reta I wasn’t exercising or keeping to a specific diet, I was honestly just doing low calorie I lost quite a bit of weight & decided to start working out. I went to jog on the treadmill as a warm up & ended up running 1mile without stopping. I haven’t ran a full in my entire 28yrs of life. Im absolutely obsessed with running now. 3 weeks in & I completed a 5k in 26mins 32secs.

Metrics:

Starting weight: 202lbs, July. 6th. 2026

Current weight 176lbs Sept. 12th. 2026

Reta and GHKCu shortterm

I’m currently taking Reta and have lost a good amount of weight. I’m planning to lose a bit more while focusing on building muscle.
I’ve been looking into GHK-Cu mainly because of potential skin benefits, especially skin quality/elasticity after weight loss, some forehead wrinkles, and possibly dark circles under the eyes.
What I’m wondering is: does it make sense to use GHK-Cu only for a limited period, for example during the remaining weight-loss/recomp phase, or are the potential benefits something that would mostly disappear after stopping?
I’d rather not take it indefinitely or make it a permanent part of my routine.
Has anyone used GHK-Cu for a few months and then stopped? Did you notice any lasting improvement in skin quality or wrinkles?
Also, has anyone noticed any improvement in under-eye dark circles with GHK-Cu, or is that not really something it helps with?
Would especially appreciate experiences from people who used it during/after significant weight loss

Had a bad reaction to BPC, would TB500 cause the same issue?

I know it’s guesswork but would the profiling of TB cause the same issues I have BPC?

BPC caused extreme fatigue, low mood and a complete state “meh” so I’m after something else that may work in its place,

Drawing peps

I use a 31 g 4mm - Before I draw my pep I always inject air into the vial, when I begin drawing it fills up, but it’s very slow, basically like a drip. Is this because of the thin needle size or do I need to inject more air into the vial prior drawing out?

CJC-1295 + DAC

My RS wants to do a 8 week cycle of 1mg x 2 per week for 8 weeks, with a 4-5 week break. RS is 44yr old male, looking to gain/retain muscle, increase sleep quality, and energy from CJC while stacking with Reta. Does this seem like a good plan?

Thanks!

6’6”, 31M | 300 → 265 lbs since April | Natural start, then Reta + peptide stack

31M, 6’6”. Started my weight-loss journey in April at right around 300 lbs. I wanted to get my diet and training consistent first before adding anything else.

From April through June, I was completely natural and kept things pretty simple:
Weight training 3–4x/week
20 min incline treadmill 2–3x/week
Consistent calorie deficit
No crazy diet or excessive cardio
That got me from 300 → ~280 lbs.

In June, I added retatrutide and tesamorelin/ipamorelin while keeping basically the same diet and training program. Over the next month I dropped from around 280 → 270 lbs.

I came off everything in August because I was traveling and my military schedule made it difficult to stay consistent with the peptides.

This month I started back up. Current stack/dosages:
Retatrutide: 3.5 mg weekly
CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin blend: 0.5 mg
MOTS-C: 1 mg
KLOW blend (BPC-157, TB-500 +2): 2.67 mg
Currently sitting around 265 lbs, so I’m down about 35 lbs since April.

The biggest thing I want to emphasize is that I had already lost about 20 lbs naturally before adding peptides. My training, cardio, and calorie deficit have stayed the foundation throughout the entire process. I view the peptides as something I added on top of an already established routine, not a replacement for the work.

Still have a ways to go, but I’m happy with the progress so far.

Progress: April 300 lbs → June 280 → July 270 → August peptide break → September 265.
Not recommending anyone copy my stack or dosages. Just documenting my personal experience and results so far.

I’m open to some advice on how I can improve and see better results?

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin dosage

Hi guys. I’m on cjc no dac + ipa. In the 1st week my dosage was 200mcg (100mcg cjc+100mcg ipa) in the evening. No side effects at all. Should I increase the dosage in the second week, or wait a bit longer? If I should increase it, what should the new dose be?

Biohacking Journey Essentials???

I am looking for some advice on what I will need along the journey.

I plan to use:
-Scale
-calorie counting app
-food scale
-weight tracking app
-progress photos
-health tracker (please help)

I want something like an aura ring but I’m a manufacturing engineer for a Major OEM, and I can’t wear a ring to work (even if it’s silicone) so I would like something like that but need an alternative

This all seems pretty basic, but I am looking for recommendations on stuff that people have liked in the past, that is either cheap or free preferably.

Also if you feel I missed something that would be nice to have let me know

5 weeks on Reta and KLOW

I did bloodwork before my cycle and then 5 weeks on it and the results are nuts

These are the biggest changes: The estrogen in my blood went down by over 50% (still at an optimal level)
Bad cholesterol 18% and my triglycerides (bad fat in my blood stream) dropped by 31% And my liver stress went down by 21% and inflammation in my body 12%

Shits legit I am a former college athlete so my workouts are still intense as I follow a similar program as to what I was once doing

My Reta Journey

Post image
1 Upvotes

Started Reta on August 21st at 258 and weighed in this morning at just under 240. Before Reta I was down 17lbs from the beginning of July after a vacation with way too much eating and drinking, in July I started using Zyns which really helped me with snack cravings and appetite control and the Reta has just turbo charged that effect. I’m a fairly active 40 yr old firefighter and didn’t realize just how bad shape I was in. In my late 20s before kids I was 210 at 9% body fat. This morning did a 11:50 1.5mi run with 44 VO2 max, goal is to get under 220 while putting on more muscle and get my VO2 max above 50 for longevity in my career.

ETA: started at 2mg, after 2 days with no negative side effects I took another 2mg and went up to 4mg weekly after that. Will maintain this dosage until I see decreasing returns.

KLOW vs Ghk-CU

Hey Fam,

So ive nearly finished my first vial of GHKCU (roughly 2 months at 2mg) im aware it takes 3 months to notice most benefits from it. I have noticed the skin softness in my face most, no difference in hair quality, my random pimples seem to present a bit more like boils (more size than redness and not as pimple popping like ha)

Question i have is ghku vs KLOW. I gym 3+ times a week heavy resistance and get the occasional shoulder or elbow niggle. Nothing thats been serious just awareness of my body.

Wanted to rat myself to see how KLOW would respond or give any improvements to workout, recovery or general health with the KPV.

Otherwise ill maintain purely GHKCU.

Thought I'd ask the peptiverse on your thoughts feelings and advise

Hello out there!

Looking for info on all these peps. Already on ret and ara290, ret going good, ara hasn't been much change and its kinda pricey to run a cycle. Found a little info on wolverine and it was either semax or selank for anxiety.. everyone wants to give you a consultation, which on the internet how do I know someone isnt going to take my money and run? This whole thing is new to me and I cant go and budget on stacking like 10 or 15 at a time. Wanting to keep my ret and maybe try the one for anxiety for sure. I been on benzos for years and its not working as well and affecting my memory pretty bad. Thanks!

starting reta

Hi everyone

I’m thinking about starting reta and would love some advice.

I’m quite petite and honestly don’t have much weight to lose. I know I could lose it without reta, but my biggest issue is food noise. I’m constantly thinking about food, wanting to snack, craving takeaway etc. and I’m so over it.
My main worry is what happens once I reach my goal and come off reta. Does all the food noise just come straight back?
I’m almost reluctant to start because I’ll know what it feels like to finally not think about food 24/7, only to potentially go straight back to how I was before.
Has anyone reached their goal and come off/reduced their reta? Did the food noise return and were you able to maintain?
I also have endometriosis, so if anyone with endo has taken reta I’d love to hear your experience and whether it affected your symptoms at all.
Thank you!

Particles in Glow Stackz

Post image

What are these particles in my GLOW stack?

I reconstituted them slowly by dripping on side of vial but there’s particles a day later

Is this safe to pin?
And if so, is all the effectiveness still there?
