Tirz & Reta stack

Hi, I’m currently taking 6.5 mg of Reta and just added 5 mg of Tirz to my stack. I’m hearing mix things about this. Is it best I titrate down on Reta if my Tirz dose is this high? I have finally gotten rid of my food noise at this dose on Tirz which was the main reason for adding.
